Been here a couple of times, found one or two alright things but everything is usually really dirty or has hair on it - but, for sure, I will never donate anything here again. Was not greeted well at all and was treated very rudely (it was a very not welcoming and very judgemental experience while I was trying to sort clothing from home goods out of the bags I brought), which was surprising and really made me regret giving anything here.

The old lady got serious problem the attitude ?

I have donated A Lot here and got a thank you only once. Only After she saw what I was donating did she finally become polite, smile and say thank you. I have never "bothered" asking them for a receipt. If I want one I donate elsewhere, so I don't need to feel like I'm a nuisance.
Also, the new heavier set cashier is completely snobby and acts like she owns the place. I have heard her be rude to another employee more than once. I have seen her from out front, texting on her cell phone behind the counter toward the end of the day- noticeably startled by me as I walked past.
Also, the older cashier with the harsher voice and short hair is often very rude and bothered by being there. She (and now the other new cashier has followed suit) is rude to anyone who is there past 7, bc they want to leave early all the time. I would stay longer otherwise, but am unwelcome.
The older blonde lady in the back I'm pretty sure is stealing bags of items. She frequently carries bags of stuff right out the front door, and the new heavier set cashier displayed behavior indicating she may have a hand in it. New games and records have come out EMPTY cases/sleeves. Always seems to be the valuable ones too. Then I see the blonde come from the back with her big bags again.
Other employees and manager are absolutely wonderful- kind and hardworking. Prices are fair! Nice to get a bargain before trying a retail store. And you never know what treasures you'll find!

Pros: I've found some great furniture & housewares here for unbelievable prices; I've also donated a lot and appreciate the easy dropoff in the rear. The stock rotates quickly and there's a nice guy who works in the back and has helped me load furniture into my car.Cons: Clothing is way too expensive for the condition it's in, there are no COVID precautions (unconscionable for an organization that supposedly serves disabled people), and the employees are universally miserable. I've been snapped at so many times for no reason, I've had $5 bills checked with a counterfeit pen, and I've heard them go on tirades about people who couldn't "prove" that they qualified for a measly 10% discount. They really seem to hate their jobs and their customers. Where is the "achieving community together" part, please? If you can tolerate the hostile staff, you'll find some treasures. Gird yourself!

I enjoy going thrift shopping once in a while, but haven't been in the Goods store in a while due to prices increasing.

We stopped in 20 minutes before closing time and immediately got hassled about checking out because they are closing , there were still people shopping and they kept yelling about closing and it was not closing time yet finally they started turning off the lights in the store , totally rude and unprofessional. The website says they close at 6 not at 20 minutes till 6 .

Customer service sucks! Not only has everything gone up in price, there are a lot of rules inconvenient for buyers and they are very rude about it. A remark was made to me that my three-year-old daughter moved some toys and I was told that there is no playground here.

Been coming for years, even remember the old building and when Goodwill was in charge. Can find some good things at reasonable prices, however some prices are more expensive than new retail and it's actually quite hilarious. But this review is mainly to express how irritated I am they got rid of the fitting rooms and more recently the mirrors hanging up throughout the store. I don't understand how this place expects people to shop for (rather expensive for thrift) clothing without trying it on and seeing how it looks on them. Was glared at by a staff member after seeing I took a shirt outside to the furniture section to try on in front of a mirrored vanity. Of course shirt didn't fit and I was glad I tried it on before wasting money. I definitely do understand the money goes to helping people but PLEASE HELP US HELP YOU! You gotta think of the type of people who shop in thrift stores. If we wanted to waste money, we would shop at Macy's. Other area thrift stores have fitting rooms. People buy more when they're sure of their purchases! Please bring back the fitting rooms!
