I was off on a ramp on the NYS Thruway and needed assistance. There were there very quickly and took good care of me. Fixed the car and I was on my way. I highly recommend them!!

My engine in my F250 blew on Rt90 not too far from their shop and they picked us up rather quickly. The guys are very professional and friendly, great bunch of guys. If it was under better circumstances I probably would hangout with then and have a few beers. They helped my wife and I get a rental car then drove us to Utica to pick it up. Called Kids Towing as we got a flat tire on our RV and were stranded on the side of the road. They were prompt, courteous and reasonable. I would certainly use them again.

Took my car there to be fixed...and come to find out it was the motor we weren't going to fix it ..Chris let us keep the car there until we could figure out something...it was taken care of...he would help if he could... very knowledgeable workers I would recommend Kidd's to anyone....thank you Kidd's for all you do....

My husband takes his truck there for repairs. They have very reasonable prices. They are fast at getting the vehicles in and fixed. The listen to the people with what concerns they have about their cars. Highly recommend going to this place

I was forced to call Kidd's because my car became disabled on the stretch of I-90 they are contracted to. My car was dropped off the tow truck bed as it was being raised, and the damage shown in the pictures was done when it hit the guard rail. The owner claimed fault at the scene and originally expressed no issues paying for the damages, but it has been months now and he is still refusing to pay for any of the repairs, provide any of his insurance information, or communicate with my insurance company when they've tried to contact him. Upon my own attempts to reach out to him, all he did was call me back from a blocked number and yell over me, not letting me get one single word in. I'm just in disbelief that a business can do this and not take responsibility for the damages, then be so aggressive when all I'm asking is for what they did to be fixed. And they still charged almost $700 for the ride home. This was extremely uncomfortable and an overall horrendous experience we are still coping with months later.Edit in response to the owner: This has taken so long due to your refusal to cooperate. We began handling this immediately after the incident. It takes time to schedule appointments, etc. We were not immediately able to get into the mechanic for a quote, as is standard right now just about anywhere. We also did not put anything on the claim regarding the front of the car, and contacted the Thruway only after you refused to work with us and we needed additional support. Additionally, I never asked for you to pay out of pocket, that was 100% your idea! I understand that things happen, but at the end of the day your business did this and the way you handled it was horrid. No excuse makes up for that!
