“We ordered a new mattress and box spring. When it was delivered, it was much too high. Since I am handicapped, I could not get out of bed safely. John switched out the box spring for a platform. It turned out to be too low for my comfort. He immediately placed a special order for one that would be the right height. It took a while to get it, but he kept us updated. When it came, he immediately delivered it. It was nice to find such good service locally. This was our second time to shop at Wakefield, and we were very satisfied both times.”
