Today my sister and I needed to get some bags of chopped alfalfa. We went to Rose and Utica stores and they had none. We went to your store in Herkimer and as always you could not get better staff so willing to help you. It is always a pleasure to walk in your store. You only had 2 bags. They first took the time to call several stores yo see if they had some. We were able to drive to Hamilton Store and the had 3 bags and saved it for us until we got there and then helped us put it in our car. We are 82 and 84 and appreciated the service we received. The Herkimer stiore employees explained how we’re could order it on line and if we wanted to do that way they would help us do the order. You should be very proud of your employees.

I've been working at tsc for over 4 years now. It's a great place to work. Customers know me by name. I enjoy helping and talking to them . I work with a great bunch of people. Together we are a team. It's a friendly atmosphere and always a pleasure to assist our customers needs.
