“I was impressed with the care, warmth, and attention of the staff from the front desk all the way to the Dr. But sadly they're not taking new patients at the Herkimer location. I guess I'll have to drive the distance listening to my cat sing the song of his people to their other location for this quality of service!”

“My experience was great. Jack is a 3 month old goldendoodle who was quite nervous about the car ride and then entering into the vet clinic. They were so welcoming from the moment we stepped inside , to answering questions .. the vet tech made Jack comfortable and happy :) The vet herself was fantastic with Jack and kept his nerves calm .. she was amazing with her trick with cheese to keep Jack distracted to give him his 3 vaccinations. Hands down the best place ever.”
“Friendly staff and got my puppy dog in for his first vet visit very quickly! Had him in and out to get neutered and they did a great job! Would strongly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a place to bring their lil fuzzy friends”
