“I’m speechless, if you guys need a bicycle THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO. The customer service is top notch. They don’t upsell on anything and the prices are perfect. They show you the price online and give it at that. You can’t beat this store. Did I also forget to mention they offer lifetime servicing for free if you get a bicycle through them. I would recommend this place to everyone.”

“Legit old school bike shop, owner knows his stuff and has been here for years... Brought my daughter's bike in to be repaired. Now, this is not a great bike and it needed some training wheels... Definitely an annoying job- but he was really cool to take care of it for me...found a pair of old training wheels and hooked it up for a decent price. The reviews here that say they got ripped off or the owner was rude, eh- he's a long time business owner trying to survive in a tough business! He was kind enough to fix my kid's bike and is really a great guy... The store has absolutely everything you can imagine. And yes, it's tempting to go on Amazon and shop the lowest prices - but I had a great experience here. Thanks Scott!”

They show a lot more attention to detail and care in the customers queries and problems and do it while maintaining professionalism and addressing the issue directly at hand with ease. Whereas before there was a very small hot headed minion looking spanish guy who was very rude and arrogant and was very dismissive and outright disrespectful I’m so glad he’s gone and been replaced with amazing people.
