I love CVS in Hewlett, the new manager goes above and beyond to help her customers, I even get hugs.she keeps the store in tip top shape. They are purposely understaffing this location. There is no help to be found and corporate doesn't want employees checking customers out again. When there was a problem at self checkout, no one was around to help. This is unacceptable. I can easily take my business elsewhere.

First time coming to this CVS recently, and I’ll be back. Brittany was helpful and thorough! She helped me and my grandma the whole time and never seemed annoyed. It’s nice too see people enjoy where they work! Good customer service.

The manager Maria from this Hewlett CVS store had very bad attitude and behavior towards my wife and me. She was very aggressive and very disrespectful. When we asked we would like to talk to manager, she came aggressively and said I am the manager and dont talk to me that! She was talking like she own the store! So disrespectful to customers!!! Will not recommend this store just because of her.

Just don’t try to call. The pharmacist puts you on hold for 20 minutes then puts the phone on the table so you think you’ve been picked up but won’t respond
