Just don’t try to call. The pharmacist puts you on hold for 20 minutes then puts the phone on the table so you think you’ve been picked up but won’t respond

They have a wide selection of products for resale and the checkout is pretty quick but the pharmacy experience leaves so much to be wanted as they're horribly understaffed in that section.

Worst pharmacy on the planet. Won't refill your meds and they don't answer the phones there. However, their automated system will call you 10000 times a day. But if you block it, you won't receive important calls about your prescription either.

I went for my Covid Booster shot. I made the appointment through the CVS app and stated I had the Moderna shot and was going to get a Pfizer booster. The CDC states it’s ok to have a different booster shot than the original. When I arrived, the woman at the counter said that the pharmacist did not feel comfortable mixing vaccines. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere. This was a huge waste of time as I waited 2 weeks for my appointment.I should have been notified either on the app or sometime before I arrived. I expected better from a pharmacy as big as yours.

Zero stars!!!DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU USE THE PHARMACYThey always key the wrong dosage or amounts which results in my medications not being covered and I always have to call my doctor and insurance to FIX their MISTAKES!! AVOID

Pharmacy- Usually very friendly and helpful. Today the girl at the pharmacy was short and rude. Remember as a customer, we don’t know what you know- and we have questions in order to know- so sorry it is irritating and annoying to you. And for some reason this location always say my prescriptions are not covered when it is covered elsewhere and I checked with my insurance. Even knowing what insurance they accept, they are not clear.When I told the girl at the front the insurance tried to call yesterday, she said “we answered phones all day yesterday, so no one called.” Essentially she knows 100 percent that they did not miss a single call that yesterday?... hmmm... I was on the phone with my insurance when the call to this cvs was made.I know for a fact they don’t answer their phones as they should because I have called on numerous occasions to no avail... and now I just go in because I know the likelihood of the phone being answers is slim.Also, I was trying to inquire if the additional insurance card was on file, she responded “once again, as I said, you need to call your insurance”... yes I understood that part because that is a different matter... my question was...do you have a second insurance on file?This hasn’t been the first time I’ve had issues... in the past my meds were changed and I was over charged and I couldn’t use the pills because it made me sick. When I called about this issue the guy acknowledged it was an error but he couldn’t refund my $65.
