Tried this place for the first time and I was sent to a Hispanic woman who did my nails and they don’t use new tools for everyone. They reuse the tools for everyone without disinfecting them? it was a terrible experience! Stay away! It was also awkward that another Hispanic woman was on lunch and they took the customer. She came out the back room complaining in front of the customer waiting for her that she was on lunch. Then with an attitude she took the customer. Cringe. There was no respect here for the staff nor the customers. I can’t do it ever again.

I went into this place on 9/24/21, for a 30 minute message. During the message, Lucy the owner came in without knocking to inform Tina that a client just walked in and she should finish already. The message from Tina was really nice. Before I left the salon, I told Lucy, the owner of the salon that I felt I was being rushed out of my message room and I do not appreciate being rushed out. I am too a customer and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. When I confronted Lucy, she was very disrespectful to me in front of all other customers and instantly erased my manicure appointment for Sunday - 9/26/21 and said "do not come here anymore." I said to Lucy, "you are kicking me out." It is fine, because I will not come to a place that is rude. Lucy's treatment was very unprofessional and showed poor quality. It is indeed a shame, since I was going there for sometime now, and will eagerly look for a different salon where they treat their clients with care and eagerness to please. In addition, Lucy even started to yell to Tina, her worker as to why she taking her time too long in giving a message. It is because Tina treats people with respect and you do not Lucy.

Lucy must commit to doing her Customer mani/padi herself or hire skillful help.I paid $73 + gave a tip for my gel powder tips to be uneven. Right hand done by Lucy perfect the left hand done by another tech was to thick and very disappointing.

Horrible! Don't ever go in there. Lucy the owner is so nasty. Didn't want to make me an appointment Bc she said that Anna her best employee there took too long with me. U said that's Bc she is the only one that does good work and takes her time! Do not go there! She is racist and nasty. Feel bad for all workers there. She doesn't give them lunch. That is illegal to work from 9am-7:30 wo a break. She books the workers back to back. Gonna contact the business bureau.

Horrible customer service. They refused to fixed my powder gel after 1 day and it started cracking right away. Not only were they rude with myself but 2 other people walked out the shop because Lucy and other workers were very rude to them. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone. There are other places that appreciate their customers and this is not one of them. They don't even deserve one star!

The owner of Lucy Foot and Nail Spa also own Lucy massage that unfortunately closed during COVID. I contacted the nail salon to see if they would honor a gift certificate I got during the holiday last year. The owner was rude and told me she would not honor it or apply it to any services at the salon. I am disgusted at the customer service as I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for 3 years.

First time here. Service was mediocre. Paint job on my feet was good but I was VERY dissatisfied with the way my feet felt. I have had better work done with making my feet feel soft. For my in law, The painting with 2 coats looked like 1 coat. My in law requested that the color be changed because adding more coats would mess up the paint job. The owner Lucy stated (rudely). If you change color that was an additional fee because she was holding up other scheduled appts. However, I felt that the color & paint job was horrible. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place.

The best experience! So relaxing and comfortable. The people are so nice and always willing to do whatever you have in mind to make your nails perfect. This is the only nail salon I’ll go to.

The owner Lucy is a nasty witch and a liar. She has a prominent sign in 2 places in her store that you get a free 10 minute massage with every service. For example, the sign states that it is $10 cash for a manicure and 10 minute massage. But, when you ask her to honor the offer, she constantly claims that she is too busy or too understaffed to offer the free massage. A total scam artist. Vote with your feet and dont ever give this wretch any business. There are literally 50 nail salons in the surrounding 5 miles.
