My personal experience with safeguard self storage at 1176 broadway hewlett was nothing but amazing, Shani the manager at this location was very accommodating and have left no tables unturned in helping me with everything I needed help with .

I was having a problem receiving an email confirmation regarding the closing out of my units. After speaking with Shani with the Hewlett location, she was extremely helpful in finding a way to get me the emails I was requesting. Shani took the time to figure out why I was not receiving the emails and found a work around solution.

I appreciate the security, cleanliness and ease of coded entry. I recently chose to consolidate my storage into a smaller unit and the onsite manager Jasmine was exceptionally helpful with giving us options and making the change at the Hewlett location.

Safeguard in Hewlett is nothing short of amazing. I had an excellent experience, friendly staff, they are very accommodating. If you ever go to the safe guard storage in Hewlett please ask for Jasmine she is the best.

The staff at this location is super friendly and helpful. Marcus the facility manager answered any and all questions, cleared up all confusion that I may have had. Signing up for a brand new unit was just super easy.

We came into the office & were presently surprised with the office it was as clean as a whistle and we were welcomed by the kindest employee jasmine by far the nicest and most knowledgeable manager we have came across. Marcus took us on a tour throughout the building & answered everything our minds could come up with. Both managers at Hewlett are a pleasure for the amount of work they do. positive attitudes & an attentive work ethic made our experience very personable.

This facility is super clean, the staff is professional. Definitely the best pace I’ve rented at, and my unit is easy to access.

I would highly recommend this storage facility. It's clean and well kept. Also, the manager Marcus was such a big help. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable of the facility. Marcus was patient with me and able to answer all of my questions. His professionalism was a bonus to finalizing my decision of renting with this facility.

So this beautiful girl jasmine who called me 2 min after my reservation said she’s waiting for me.
