I had an extremely disappointing experience at the USPS Hewlett Plaza location due to an interaction with Trish. She was not only disrespectful but also unprofessional. When I addressed her rude behavior, she denied my service and refused to allow me to speak with a manager or supervisor. I’ve been a loyal USPS customer for the past 15 years and have always had positive experiences—until now. This encounter with Trish was completely unacceptable.

Had a package to send out to a mercari seller and the person there let me skip the line to get out of there more as I already had a label on the package! Excellent service!

I have a PO Box at this post office and I recieved 1-2 pieces of mail every week. One important letter I was waiting was deemed "lost" and I believe the post office has it, they're just lazy and don't care about their job. I say this because my package was deemed "lost" and come to find out, it was at the front desk this whole time. I wasn't given a yellow slip to inform me so, I asked about it. I'm canceling my PO Box ASAP and giving my business to another post office. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Terrible service ! This morning the lady working in front just walked away as I was asking for help and told me “I never seen you before” and rudely went to the back . I wouldn’t recommend this place when that kind of staff is on shift. Drive another 10min to lynbrook we’re the staff is much more professional !
