Normal during the day but any reason why occasionally locking the front door is needed during the night? One could wait but the person in the counter doesn't reappear after 5 minutes of waiting.

The only problem is every morning the staff is more occupied talking to each other than getting the people out so we can get to work. Otherwise, everything else is good.
