Workers were courteous, honest, and helpful with my car battery problems. I traded in my old dead battery for a discounted new battery. I installed that and my car worked.

Asked to get battery and alternator checked, guy in counter told me "I'll be out in a minute" as he flipped thru a magazine, waited a while as he looked thru the glass staring directly at me once in a while, ended up leaving to a another company that actually cared about customer service. By the way store was empty of customers.....just no excuse

Quite a place for hardware and all home appliances. Staffs are really helpful. I felt like they are falling short of staffs on weekdays. Store is clean and well maintained.

My old SUV wiper blades were in bad shape and not something I wanted to deal with. Normally would ask the guys to take care of at service but based on reviews and free install, visited the location. Had a great experience and was also able to avail promotion for very cheap replacement of all 3 blades. The girl at the desk was beyond helpful and installed the blades, including finding a different part when the rear wiper was not the right fit.
