Who's that Spanish woman that works there ? She was very nice and friendly. She knows how to speak to customers and understand what they are looking for.

Would definitely not recommend buying here. As soon as I said I’ll be back for the ring, the guy got all rude. Jewelry seemed low quality as is.

Quite a selection of rings, but he did not let me look at them outside of the glass and try them on. He said I need to decide which one am I going to buy and then I can wear it, because “they are all the same”. Besides that, their rings look nice.

I bought a 212$ necklace here and it broke brought it back to get it fixed free of charge picked it up three days later and not even a day after it broke in the same spot and not only had it broke but links seem to keep just comming off with out any manipulation I called to see what we can do about the issue to see if I can just get a whole new chain but the lady that sold me the necklace hung up and is now not answering the phone I feel it’s unfair to treat people who spend the amount of money they do for you to hang up and not respectfully try to come to a good solution especially when I was being nice about it...

Went there to get a watch battery changed, asked me to leave it and come back in half an hour. The battery I had had some power but it kept resetting midnight once a week. I picked it up after the half hour and went home, the next day it reset again. I went back the next day and the mans wife was there I told her I don't believe your husband actually changed my battery, she offered me $10.00 back after I called her out on the BS, I didn't take the money, I just wanted her to let her husband know that I know he's a con man. Had it changed at the other watch stand in the mall and it's been running fine ever since. Shop elsewhere!!!!!!

Ailin Jewelry makes their money by overcharging for cheap, low-quality gold. Plenty of young, unaware kids and teens hang in and around the mall every day, and Ailin Jewelry sits and waits to essentially scam these poor kids of their money. They have a "No Return" Policy, simply arguing that there are people above them that make returns impossible. Unsurprisingly, this impossibility falls flat when they are strong-armed enough. (I've witnessed a return after 10-15 minutes of reasoning, arguing, and pushing for it). The policy is simply just a tactic to turn away the kids that they successfully take advantage of. I would say that I'm surprised that they are still in business; however, I know that many new unsuspecting and innocent young teenagers and kids who have no clue as to what the going rate for gold is come through the mall every day and fall into their trap. TLDR: If you encounter a jeweler who charges hundreds of dollars for cheap 10K gold chains, take your money to a more reputable, honest and transparent retailer. Avoid Ailin Jewelers and avoid buyer's remorse!

Ailin sells completely overpriced cheap gold and very low-quality products for high-quality prices. If you're looking to buy nice, new, fairly priced jewelry, go elsewhere. Otherwise if you want to unnecessarily spend hundreds of dollars on cheap crap, then Ailin Jewelry is the mall stall for you!

these people ripped me off so bad. i bought a ring that cost 20 dollars online for 99 not noticing the quality of it and not realizing that i was being ripped off. i am very disappointed and angry. the people said it was a good price and told me it was worth it but really i can get this shit out of a vending machine. Curse your store and i hope your buisness does not prosper and fails. You are scam artists and should stop ripping 15 year olds off, get a life you assholes.
