This stores staff are without question the most helpful and sweetest ladies. Can't find or locate an item, they'll search the floor high and low. If they can't find it on the floor they'll come back with it from the stockroom. Always helpful with scent description. Share items new and just put out on the floor. No one pesters you but always happy to make the customer happy. Don't ever change your charm and sweetness ladies

Purchased $150 in items. One spray was basically empty and i didnt realize. Went to Broadway 2/18 about 630pm. The manager was SUPER RUDE. told us THREE times that it was a one time courtesy. Speaking to us like we did something wrong. Seeing we bought it only a few days prior and had more to purchase after the exchange she was acting like we were scmmers or something . DISGUSTING

Got completely blown off when I was having issues with my pick up order. Sales associate didn’t even want to deal with me nor even try to help me. She was very rude with how she spoke to me. Meanwhile my credit card was charged for the pick up purchase. Didn’t even want to look at the transaction.
