“I had a great experience with hertz. There rates are competitive and process of renting a car is very simple and honest. Except they need an additional help to clean the vehicle rather the same person who process your renting request leaves the front desk, cleans and vaccum the car and drives the car to hand over the vehicle to the customer. This causes significant delay and inconvenience to the customers. Adding a dedicated cleaning guy would alleviate this unnecessary delay and expedite the whole process.”
