Dunkin Donuts on Old Country Road in Hicksville had a Grand reopening as of last Friday January 26, 2024. Flags and balloons decorations. Building is on North side of street. Chris the manager was my server. I'd forgotten my phone and rewards can not be found with the phone number. Also muffins , while served at this and many places are not reward accrued as they are not a nation wide product at all locations. They do give a 10% Sr. Discount.I called with receipt and got appropriate credit. The place is newly renovated along with handle tabs for different drinks. 2 sandwiches and 2 muffins with NY and Nassau County tax cost $14.42. They do have enter and exit on the west side of the building and only and enter on the east side. ( see pix) along with a drive up window for quick service.

One of the slowest Dunkin' Donuts in all of America. They take forever to make food, and to serve a simple cup of coffee They would've received one star if the food was bad. Better to go somewhere else.

The past 5 times I went to get a coffee, I watched the guy help people right before and refuse to help me. He says hi can I help you and as I start to order he cuts me off and says no? He has no manners, he's rude, and refuses my order? for what reason? I have no idea. The girl who works on Tuesday nights, she is as sweet as can be and is always so kind. the man however.... Never again will I get coffee from him or this location ever again and it takes A LOT for me to say that!!!

This is my everyday place. Staff knows how to make coffee and deal with customers. The manager for the morning shift is the nicest. She has most of the regulars coffees memorized and really makes you feel at home getting your coffee quickly

Drove by here a little before 11am, nothing was opened except this DD and a 7-11 next door. There was nothing good to eat in 7-11, so we swung by DD and noticed it's only Drive-thru at this hour. Their Drive-thru service is good and a quick easy order. Tried the new matcha donut. It's good but not enough matcha. Ordered the regular coffee with very little cream and sugar. Took the first sip and burnt the tongue. Didn't expect it to be extremely hot, but I didn't mind it because it stayed warm for a good amount of time. We will most likely be going back. Note: Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance.

This is the greatest Dunkin Donuts that I've ever been to. First of all, the workers there are amazing. Even their younger workers go above and beyond to create an amazing establishment. This is also the first Dunkin' Donuts that gave me a cross isn't sandwich that wasn't essentially burnt. This is amazing. Absolute bliss, Dunkin Dopamine.

Employees are brash and rude with no manners. HORRIBLE HEALTH SCORE. They close whenever they feel like it. I called asking when they'd close, I was told "less than 15 minutes"? Which made no sense because it wouldn't be on the hour or the half hour. I get there 6 minutes later "we're closed." Most of the time you go they don't have frozen beverages or any espresso. I've come here two or three times, yeah no thanks, I won't be back.

Terrible service and horribly slow. The staff have no idea what to do or how to make a drink. Even the drive-thru customer came into the store because she couldn't wait anymore. There were a total of three customers in the store including myself and three employees. Avoid this location if you care about your sanity!

The only complaint I have is their coffee. It's awful and tastes like dirty water. And when you ask for simple things like cream and sugar you get an attitude. Real shame because they used to be good in the 90s. Things change...

I can't even express the disappointment in my coffee. I drink black coffee and am working at night. The coffee I just got through the drive through was so disgusting and old. You would think it's Dunkin' Donuts it has to be good. Ugh !!! Nope ! I even tipped and mistake made by me didn't try it till I got back to work. I will never go to that location again ever !
