I had a very bad experience today. I understand I got there around 6.30 and I asked twice if they had the time to do my nails. The person that came up to meet me said yes.. Since the lady was good with doing my nails she sent me over to another person and asked her to do my nails. That's when the problems started. The girl was very rude to me for the following reasons 1) When she started to take the nail polish off she did it so fast fast that it hurt my nails and I told her it hurts she said to no it shouldn't hurt them she continued and she hurt me again and I told her and she gave me a look like I'm crazy. I have been doing my nails for 20 years and it has never hurt me. 2) after took the polish off she proceeded to put the gel . I asked her should I wash my hand and she said no and gave me a look 3) after the polish I asked her if I can get sparkles and she told me the nail polish has sparkles so you don't need it. I looked a few times and I don't see any sparkles I told her maybe I need glasses I don't see it. This was my first time going there and I will never ever go back there.very bad attitude. If you didn't want to do it should have told that to me in the beginning. I probably should have left after the first insult I was just giving her the benefit of the doubt. It was a horrible experience

Can’t take accountability for their mistakes and be careful because they might decline giving you service for no reason. Don’t waste your time here and if you do keep ur expectations low as possible.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience my 15-year-old daughter had at your establishment. She has been a loyal customer for the past five years, and I was deeply concerned to hear about the service she received during her recent visit. While the technician was cutting her nails, my daughter repeatedly communicated her desire for a slightly longer length. However, the technician informed her that achieving the desired length would incur an additional charge. In response, my daughter inquired about the maximum length possible without incurring extra charges. Despite this, the technician cut her nails significantly shorter than she had anticipated. Shortly after my daughter's appointment, I received a manicure and was given a much longer set of nails, shaped to my preference, without any additional charges. Upon noticing the discrepancy and seeing how upset my daughter was, she approached the front desk to address the unevenness and incorrect length of her nails. However, she was informed that the length could not be corrected. The nail technician then insisted that my daughter had requested the shorter length, which was untrue. As a 15-year-old, my daughter felt taken advantage of during this interaction. Ultimately, she left the salon dissatisfied and in tears, having paid $80 for a pedicure and manicure that did not meet her expectations. Given this experience, I would caution against sending minors to this establishment unsupervised. We will not be returning to your salon in the future and are very disappointed.

Amazing job every time! This nail salon is a very consistent place I have been coming here for one year, and every two weeks I am so happy with my UV Gel sets. This salon has great customer service - they keep up with trends and they give you exactly what you would expect and want - very personable and friendly. Kiki and Kevin are my go to nail artists! Love this place so much!

not sure what’s happened over time but they used to be great and now have 0 customer service etiquette….the nails do not last more than a few days and for the price being the same as other salons me and my friends have stopped coming here even though we used to be loyal customers..it is not normal for a gel manicure to peel off the same day and it is not normal for powder to be breaking a week later…my last time here i called them to tell them my only one week nail was broken and they made me get an appointment just to fix one nail and gave me an appointment for 3 days later only for me to be told at the appointment that i have to pay for a fill in..how is it my fault that you guys did the nails so horrible they only lasted a week! My friends and I took our buisness elsewhere and our nails last 1 month plus….
