Great products and prices. Too bad the customer service phone line is horrible. Consistently hangs up on you while on hold. Each time I have to call I wait over 10 minutes each try & have to redial 3-4 times before hopefully reaching someone.

Dec. 17, 2018 - We used the Chocolate Inn to manufacture beautiful branded chocolates for our company as part of Holiday gifts to many of our customers. Biggest mistake we could've made. Everything was shipped late resulting in many of our reps having to reschedule days of appointments. In addition, even speaking with their VP and owner did not fix the situation. We were promised one thing and delivered another. Not to mention that our custom Holiday tags were not even put inside the majority of the chocolate boxes we ordered. They were simply thrown inside with the boxes of chocolates floating around in a cardboard box. Truly disappointing given that I hear this used to be a reputable company. I would suggest you staying away from using this company for your products.

BE CAREFUL if you order from them. They made a HUGE mistake and wouldn't make it right for my customer, which cost our company hundreds of dollars!!!
