If I could give negative stars I would, I will never be returning to this location ever again. The cashier up at the front did not catch her name short black hair was the most rudest interaction I've ever had in my entire life going to a retail store. I asked her if she could check in the back to see if they had any more of something I was interested in buying and she gave me a nasty attitude was extremely rude and was mad and clearly stated word for word you're really going to make me go in the back when I politely responded with I would like you to check in the back cuz I know sometimes stores say they don't have it but it is in the back. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and will never be a returning customer again what a shame I live right next to it.

This pharmacy is bizarre, they make you wait and then they don’t give you all of your prescriptions, the staff is extremely rude, they tell you to come back and collection each prescription at other times. Pathetic!

The products are of good quality, up-to-date, and fairly priced. Having an Extra Care Plus membership offers a lot of savings.

I can’t believe I’ve been going here for as long as I have. The pharmacy staff is always so, unbelievably rude. I worked in customer service before so I am ALWAYS kind, however they don’t reciprocate that. Customer service is important and they don’t value that here. I can’t believe they have such a nasty staff.

This 5 star rating review is solely for the pharmicist? "Tappi", at the CVS Jerusalem ave Hicksville location. I've been coming to CVS for 25 years for prescriptions, but never this one & didn't even fill a prescription there in the end, but still, this lady, helped me twice, with a professional nice & helpful respectful manner, which all employees should be treating this way to customers, but unfortunately that's not the case, everywhere. She is very nice. Thank You. (I can't rate the service in any other regard, since I haven't used this location, but just to put in a good word, that "Tappi" (sorry if spelled wrong), was nice & helping.

I use to love the past two crews working at this CVS--I even brought them food during the holidays--however they all quit and moved on for better pay and work environment. This pharmacy has turned into a terrible self automated nightmare. I use to be able to speak to a pharmacist, but now after spending five minutes on a useless automated phone service, I am told to leave a message. I will contact my insurance and find another way to get my scripts. This shows just how CVS has turned into greedy company with little or no care for their customer/patients they serve. The fact that you cant speak to a live person over the phone is worse than Prohealth/Optum outsourcing their internist office personnel to call centers in the Philippines. CVS wake up, People were relying on you like the old time neighborhood pharmacy and now you have dropped the ball. Shame on you.

Walked up to the register. There were no other customers and employee, Sharita, is visibly looking down at her tablet. Stood there for a few min while she just ignored me standing 3 feet away from her. Finally I said “excuse me” and she looks up and says, “I thought you were gonna use self checkout.” Seriously?
If I had wanted to use self checkout, I wouldn’t just be standing there, would I? Also, why even pay an employee to sit there, ignoring customers. She clearly didn’t want to be bothered. Do these employees not realize they would have no jobs without the customer?
Pharmacy is the absolute worst here, as well. Always sending texts that prescription is ready until you get there. Then they make you wait 15 min.

This is the worst pharmacy. To try and talk to a live pharmacist is almost impossible by phone. Their automated phone system is beyond bad. The messaging says connecting to the pharmacy which then leads to a message to leave a confidential message to get a call back. All I want is to speak to a live human being to get a prescription delivered. I called the front of the desk to explain the issue and all they said was I can try to connect you to the pharmacy but it is a new phone system they installed. Luckily I was able to speak to someone live.
To have to go through this each and every time is not worth it. I am going to be moving all of my prescriptions to Walgreens.

I made sure to check on the CVS app before I went to the store to see if the item I wanted was in stock and it was. Or so it said because when I arrived at the store this item was in fact, not in stock!!!!! Pretty pissed to say the least.

The store shouldn’t lock everything up if they don’t have enough employees to come unlock the items in a timely fashion.

Manager and one of the employee working during the weekday are very unfriendly!!!! and not helping customers at all.
Plus++ make sure CHECK the expiration date on the snack or drink or anything before you buy. Even baby foods are expired 2023 and still on the shelf. They don't care!
