Been a customer for a few years and I like the facility. Convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. I recently lost both of my keys and Dave was great cutting the lock and replacing it. Definitely recommend.

The experience was quite pleasant, beginning with Jackie at the S Broadway location in Hicksville. She was very professional and helpful. Had the pleasure of meeting her, and Dequan, and they both were awesome. Very nice, clean facility, with adequate lighting, and cameras to ensure customers safety. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage company. Thank you Jackie and Dequan!

So here i am leaving this storage after 5 years. The staff here is so helpful & accommodating. They help me out taking big displays from the storage too. Who does that! Right ! Kudos to the people working here. Thanks guys for everything.

Was looking for a quick solution for storage and this place gave me everything I needed safety and a secure place for my collectibles and personal affects. Daquan was very helpful very friendly and informative. And my unit is the perfect size

This storage unit has caused way over 2k damage in stored items. First mice have chewed,ruined and peed and pooped all over, then the supposed temperature control room got way over in the 88+ degrees, causing damage to multiple furniture, paints,etc. i understand it was a hot day but why wasn’t it on?! Even dye exploded, which can withstand hot weather. Avoid this storage place at all costs , it caused us way more damage. The fact there’s mice feces and pee everywhere on our items and unable to clean some of it, we took pictures of everything, a lie they keep telling us it’s pest controlled . They force 5 star reviews btw when you first join, don’t listen to it. It’s like a car dealership
We will be moving back to our old storage unit, whom we just moved out for a bigger one but clearly safety to our items is way more important.

Everything went smooth. Found the unit on the internet, went in and finalize the rental.
