It was a very pleasant experience coming in to this Storage location. Stacey is a doll and showed us around. Got a great rate online. The Purchase and Registration/scheduling check in date was easy.

Stacey is absolutely a STAR
Super engaging, funny and gives you all the information you need to make sure you understand what you need to do.
The location is super clean and brand new. It is climate controlled which is super important.
The manager who I spoke to on the phone is amazing as well. He was so helpful and spent some time with me on the phone to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on. I will be grateful for that forever as the items i am storing are sentimental.

I am very happy with my experience at Extra Space Storage in Hicksville. Jay and Stacy and the whole team were always very cordial and helpful whenever I had any issues or questions. I would totally use them if I need extra space.

Helpful and supportive staff members, Jay the store manager helped me on my storage rental and clarified on terms, insurance coverage and guided me on how to get access. The location is pretty new and everything is well organized, clean and professional. Highly recommend this place to check out if looking for a storage.

I have been renting with Extra Space for several years, and I don't trust any other place on the island with my storage items. Stacey and Jay are really wonderful - they remember me every time I come in, and they are so helpful, kind, and personable.
