She, who seemed to be a manager, said that they couldn't take the FedEx drop off package, which was a box of household vacuum cleaners, because it was too big. There were only two employees in the store, her and the cashier, and it seemed to be busy because there were quite a lot of customers.(3pm 06/12/2025)

Just wanted to write specifically about the FedEx OnSite location. While you can definitely drop off your package, you have to have a label. Whatever the return "message" you received about Fedex taking care of everything said, disregard it. Apparently, this onsite doesn't have the equipment to print those kind of labels (which is kind of ridiculous).I guess the staff must run into this issue a lot because the cashier asked me if I had a label and then the woman who was helping me seemed a little frustrated with the situation. As a store in general, not bad. Good size and much like the other walgreens you walk into.

I am not sure who it was on the counter. She greeted me and took my shipment to get it shipped out without any issues. Very fast and she was awesome. Not sure what other reviews are talking about.

Horrible. This location can't scan a QR code for returns. They need an RMA number which sellers don't often provide. Wasted my time going here. Don't go here if you are returning something from a store like Walmart or Target.

FedEx not “OnSite”1. At 1:30pm. Waited for 5min then finally someone appeared, on a call with earbuds all the time2. They don’t even have Fedex envelops to use or have any to sell. Just grab random inferior envelops in Walgreen and saying you can buy and use.Might be okay to pickup and mail with your own boxes/envelops I guess, but service…Should’ve picked a FedEx center, though it’s farther
