Billy and Julian and the rest of the crew there have always been very helpful to me whenever I show up . There was a bad review I read about them which is 100 percent not true because everything they did was professional even when I showed up. They make the store feel lively than it used to be in the past

I went into GameStop yesterday to buy a new video game for my friend’s son, and the employees really helped me find something he would like. Billy helped me with purchasing Spider-Man 2 for the Ps5, and did an incredible job describing and explaining everything about the game. Julian was also very polite and greeted me when I walked through the door. These employees definitely deserve a raise For their exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely recommend this GameStop location to people, and will continue doing business here myself.

I stopped by this location in search of a 3ds charger and was helped by store employee Hailey who was an absolute pleasure to speak to. She went above and beyond with my additional questions about my pro account. She was down to earth and it was great to just chat with her. She makes me want to come back to this location! I am not much of what the kids call "gamer". However, I just wanted to take time to post my own stellar review due to the negative ones which I see on my feed. The "girl with glasses" employee, I believe her name was Haley was incredibly nice to me. I came in not understanding what Robux and Fortnite cash were, and she happily explained everything I needed to know to me. She took time to prioritize making sure I was aware of everything and could now even use some of the "lingo" which my grandson uses! Despite what some of these reviews may say, I'm certain that I will always give my business to this GameStop any time I find the need to purchase Roblox for my grandchildren.

The service here has always been absolutely phenomenal. The staff are always honest and straight to the point. They even offer kids spare pokemon cards which they have lying around! When shopping here, I can tell that they always have my best interests in mind. I would not have been aware of an upcoming amiibo I wanted were it not for them asking if I wanted to pre order it. Honestly some of the best Gamestop employees around.

Poor trading and shopping experience. Lied to by employees and the staff has no clue what they are doing. They aren't following company policy. Refused my trade and refused my purchase of a 500 dollar console. Never shopping at any location ever again.

Well, let’s see where do I begin. We came to gamestop to trade in our 6 older xbox one’s and PS4s. On arrival we were told that they couldn’t accept any of the consoles because we didn’t have controllers and HDMI cords. The employee Julian, then told us after driving 30 min to get what we needed said that he couldn’t accept any of the consoles. We were then told to wait by a female employee at the counter because she didn’t want any part of it and said I hope you guys want store credit because we don’t have enough money in the drawers.That wasn’t an issue. We then waited for him to come out of the bathroom to say they couldn’t accept any of our consoles but 1. We refused and went and traded at another store with no issues. (VGTP) in the same mall if interested. We then came back to use our trade to purchase a new xbox. We were told that we were required to purchase a pro membership to be able to buy the console which is false. We were then called scalpers. We stormed out and are never going to this location or any other location again. This was a waste of time and gas. Management needs to look into the employees Julian and the rude Girl with the glasses at the front desk. This isn’t how you run a business. You also lost business. Ive been in retail for the past 6 years and are now a manager. When we asked for the manager we were also refused. Don’t shop here. Check out VGTP, you won’t be disappointed.

My kids received Nintendo Switch for Xmas that was purchased at GameStop. They opened it after Xmas to find out that it was defective. Brought it back to this store and their employee and boss (Billy) refused to exchange it, despite having the original receipt and within the allowed exchange period. They stated that because the box was opened and that we did not purchase warranty, we cannot exchange. They stated that “it was our bad luck that we got a broken machine”. How are we suppose to know if the console is working or not without opening it? Unless you have psychic power, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. They did offered to buy it back at a lower price. Crooks!

I do not recommend buy any game in game stop better buy in amazon cheaper price and easy return This store such a scam!!! I shared my experience with others friends and most of them got the same bad experience too!!! Once u dont buy the insurance for sure they will give you broken item because they know you will not get refund or replacement Since all the game is not sealed!! Please beware check on amazon first before you buy from game stop Don't believe that customer service will help NOOOO they wont they will only say SORRY thats it!!!

Billy and the other gentlemen with the Afro lied to my face about console prices and stock. Lied about trade in ability and much more. Luckily another gentlemen came in and was the nicest guy and called them out on their lies. Would come back if he’s there not with Billy or others.

picked up my Nintendo switch from here. I got a new Nintendo SWITCH OLED. I had it for a while now I got to say now, this is a gaming beast. I bought Luigi's scary mansion 3 & Zelda: Breath of the wild.

These people are the most ignorant and rude people I've ever had to speak to. They are so bad with their customer service it actually makes wonder how they got hired in the first place. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
