Well, the machines are in my building so that's convenient. The price is much lower than the local laundry mat, that's good. But the card cost $10 and the minimum you can put on it is $15, so I spent $25 to get the card and have money on it. Over time I will be saving money but right now I'm pissed.

Terrible service, terrible machines - they have the nerve to increase the price of machines that simply do not work - flooding, dirty water form incomplete cycles - I’m so sick of this company
