New self check out is such an improvement, otherwise it's ikea, great for the misc furniture needs. Location is great on 106\\107 easy access to highways and other shopping. Parking lot can get a little crazy tho

Rude cashier at hicksville store couldn't look up a credit card or problem solve.cashier ID 10072306. Would have been better with an AI then this person. Great products at store.

It's IKEA. We all know the kinds of things they have. I love this store personally. It gives me inspiration. Parking isn't great but it's not terrible either.

Very bad customer service experience. I just was visiting with my wife to return some items. There was only 1 station open with 3 people (1 getting training). Finally got to a person and she stated that I need to get a ticket first. I told her (Jennifer), we don't have a membership, so it's not easy to get a ticket. She stated that it does not matter. She then stated to speak to my wife as if she was another customer. Jennifer is the worst customer service rep I've met in my life. I would never come back to this store to buy anything. I hope AI will replace these rude customer service soon.
