“Over a year ago, my husband and I purchased our wedding bands at Benny's Jewelry, and had a very pleasant experience. Today, we returned with a herculean task... to see if was possible to get a copy of our lost receipt to insure the ring. The store manager, Lily, immediately remembered us, and even though we could not even remember in what month we had purchased them, it took her less than 5 minutes to find our receipt, all the while, with a smile on her face and a friendly demeanor. “The store isn't bad at all. Very under-staffed. I feel bad for the poor girl who was working when I went. Not only was there a line, but there was also someone waiting to get a piercing done.Kids in the store and she was putting out inventory on top of helping people. She deserves a raise for sure.Other then that the store is fairly small. Boutique like I'd say to be honest. Too packed full of displays and merchandise. Not enough room to walk around without knocking something off a shelf. I highly suggest a layout redesign or something.”
