I highly recommend this labcorp as compared to others due to the friendly staff, especially Ruby who was amazing and helped me overcome my long-term fear of needles by going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and not nervous. Overall, Ruby is the reason I am getting over my fear of drawing blood and why I choose this labcorp over others.

I must say it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. The staff, particularly the woman at the front desk, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Whenever I asked a question, she completely ignored me and instead kept ordering me to sit down as if I were a child. To make matters worse, she was quietly swearing under her breath, making me feel humiliated and disrespected. I’ve never felt so degraded in a professional setting.
I will file a formal complaint with LabCorp Headquarters regarding this degrading experience, and I will also be reporting this branch to the Department of Health and Human Services. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I hope appropriate actions are taken to ensure no one else has to go through the same experience.

EXTREMELY rude front desk lady(Kiara - the same one ALL the reviews are talking about).
She’s literally screaming at people and is very rude. This office is clearly run so poorly since all the reviews are about her and yet management has done nothing.
Don’t go to this location. Go to any other location. Maybe then management will listen. But until then I’m never going to this location again.

Never again ! The whole entire staff is very disrespectful! They don’t care, they’re just there for their paychecks. I only went here for the convenience of it being closer to my home but Never again ! The whole staff literally humiliated me for not speaking English correctly. Highly disappointed

I needed to get emergency bloodwork on a Saturday, and this is the only Labcorp that’s open. Incredibly rude staff. They seem to relish at being unfriendly. Avoid if possible!

Very bad attention, the person who is taking your data is not professional at all, poorly educated, they should hire people who really want to work and who read and like their work and the other person who treated the son to take the blood test, not to mention ??

Never left a bad review for any of the labcorp locations. Had a bad experience there today. The front door lady (maybe Kiara )was very rude and showing lot of attitude. Didn’t followed the procedures and randomly told me to sign and do initials. The samples were not taken out in front of me. They should have somebody who is willing to perform there on that seat.

Terrible employees. I had scheduled an appointment to get a drug test done that’s required for school. I work the times they are open and had to make an appointment around the time I go for lunch. That day work was busy and I wasn’t able to slip out on time for the appointment. In the email it states that if you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment you would be considered a walk-in. I got there 30 minutes late, still an hour and a half before closing. There was one person in the waiting room and I had no issue waiting for an available slot. I had trouble using the check-in because the scanner wasn’t able to get my driver’s license and then the screen froze. When I asked for help checking in, the guy at the front desk had a terrible attitude. I was told I couldn’t be taken as a customer and that I would have to come back tomorrow, when I left I checked online before leaving the parking lot and all appointments were taken for the next week! I will not be going back.
