This is by far one of the BEST Ford service centers. Let’s talk about why - staff is beyond professional and accommodating. Tonia has the patience of a saint. No matter how annoyed you are she handles you with clear and efficient communication. Ms. Janet makes you feel like nothing else matters let’s get you in that loaner car that you need. Lastly Andrew the manager he is pleasant and kind. Andrew and his team go above and beyond to make each customer feel welcomed and appreciated. Tonia thanks for all your hard work when it comes to assisting with my vehicle's.

I’ve been to this Ford several times and have had nothing but great experiences. Every member I come in contact with is friendly and personable. Tonya who was the service writer was fabulous!! Ron Amodeo was the mechanic who worked on my truck, what a nice knowledgeable man. I will keep coming back here time after time and would recommend every time.

Alexis, Derek, Steve, and Lauren ALL helped me with my concern on my brand new 2024 Mustang. I brought it in for a key fob concern, and they were all very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Levittown Ford Service to everyone who owns a Ford!

If you’re reading this review( which like most, I don’t normally do) you’re interested to see what peoples experience has been and why a 5 star rating. In today’s technology days, it’s hard to find a human being who is professional , concerned and extremely passionate about their customers. My service provider Lauren Potter, is all the above. I had a very difficult time with Ford motor company and not knowing the details on how to resolve my issue. It was very comforting to know that Lauren tackled the issue as if I was a family member. Talk about VIP treatment! She updated me on every step of the process, emailed, made phone calls and even pleaded my case to higher ups until the issue was resolved. Lauren continued to follow up with me, even weeks after, to make sure I was satisfied. I’m not sure if management/supervisor see these reviews, but if they do, Lauren deserve to be acknowledged. It can’t be easy to find an employee who is so dedicated to her customers. VIP ford should count their blessings that they have her as an employee!Services: Electrical repair

Brought the car in for a recall and they told me it needed radiator service..I picked the car up at 5.30 the shop closed at 6..as soon as I left they left after. 5.40.. when I got on the highway and was doing 60 MPH the whole car shut down and all of the safety lights came on..the car slowed down to 15 MPH..I had to exit the car on the highway and when I checked to radiator I saw they never put in the anti freeze…then when I called the service center they all went home early..I was stuck on the highway for an hour waiting for a tow..I filed a complaint with Ford and the service center offered me a coupon…I’m just thankful it was only me in the car and not my family…I’ll never buy another Ford from Levittown Ford again…This is my second submission…Ford had Google take down the first one..I can document and prove everything I am alleging…Don’t trust your family safety with this service center..Service: Auto exhaust system repair

The experience was absolutely horrible. I called about the vehicle recall of my 2017 model twice. And both experiences were unacceptable. The first time I waited 5 minutes to talk to some representative, and the guy put me on hold for 17 minutes straight without any updates, after learning the purpose of the call and getting my VIN number down.The second time was even more bizarre. I waited 15 minutes straight without talking to any real person. Calling this place to solve any problem seems impossible. Definitely avoid this place at all costs.

I scheduled a service for an oil change and to see why my passenger seat speaker was rattling. After taking in my car at 9am I was then told at 2pm that they had done an oil change and that the issue with the rattling noise was not the speaker and that I needed to go to a sound system shop to get that checked. I got charged $160 for just an oil change. DO NOT go here for an oil change because they charge labor for an oil change - would recommend to go to Valvoline instead where premium oil change can cost around $90-$100 instead of $160. As for the rattling of the speaker, I took it to Parkway Stereo at 2608 Hempstead Bethpage Turnpike # 1, East Meadow, NY 11554. They inspected it and was able to determine that it is in fact the speaker. This Ford Service Center will try to get you in and out as fast as they can and will value getting you out of the way instead of actually determining the issue even when you schedule and inform of the issue ahead of time. This service center did not open the door panel and inspect the speaker but Parkway Stereo did. When I call now I am constantly put on hold or transferred from the staff. Be prepared to be put on hold by service advisors for 30+ minutes and be prepared to use not one but multiple days off from work to actually have them try and fix a speaker issue...Planning on just making Parkway Stereo fix the issue and see if I can make a funny YouTube video for asking about the speaker and seeing how long I can be put on hold

Steer clear of this location.I dropped my car off at 8am for for an inspection, 2 recalls and an oil change. I also informed them of a noise coming from my back tire. They estimated me $299 to review the issue but the credit will be added to any service if needed.8 hours later. No phone call from my service advisor and the location closes soon.Upon arrival I am informed that my car is almost ready - but I see it sitting in the lot. I am then told I need new brakes and rotors and need to keep the car overnight! If I do not leave it I forfeit the $299.I already used a day off to take in my vehicle and now they are expecting me to take another day off because they couldn't finish the work in 8 hours or at the very least provide me a courtesy call during the day to provide an update on my vehicle so that I can make arrangements for work.I have been going here for at least 6 years and this experience will be my last time at this establishment.

Levittown Ford service is outstanding!!! The service manager Alexis was friendly, highly knowledgeable and took the time thru the how process to keep me updated. She was also able to take care of a factory recall which I did not know about... You don't see this level of service that often these days. My 2023 F250 had no display. No radio, no USB, no back up camera. The service manager Anselmo got me in the next day. Within an hour the tech had uploaded software and I was on the road. Tonia Clarke the service advisor was great also.There will always be issues with new and used vehicles. It’s how they are handled that make the difference. Levittown Ford was awesome. Thank you.
