One of the worst metro stores. I called before I went and asked about a specific phone they told me it was available when I got there. I asked again they told me it was available when I was going to buy I mentioned a promotion about that phone all of the sudden they told me they don’t have it available anymore so they just didn’t want to sell it to me because of the promotion. It’s all really stupid they should get fired. If you don’t want to sell close your business and don’t wasted people’s time.

Had to write about the excellent customer service here. My husband and I went to another Metro PCs and the girl couldn't help at all so I stopped here just to ask a question about a virus on our phone. Met with Carlos and he took care of it. He took the time to back our phone up and reboot even though it was close to closing hours. Same visit we upgraded and purchased another phone. Since it was a new phone that came out that week, the cases hadn't arrived yet. He said to come back. He was able to get me a pink one and put it aside. Went out of his way to have the case before I went away and called me to pick it up. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely do all my business here.

Had to buy a new phone since the previous one no longer charges after 1 year. "free upgrade" after 10 years of service is 60$ discount. They had a handful of phones to choose from, and no accessories. Literally told they can't go through a box of inventory for 1 case and glass. Need to stock store properly, and have better "rewards" for long term customers.

Thanks guys for my new 5G phone you guys were great :)I find it amazing about this review as I did not write it myself. The service was good, I had to return the next day for a case and screen protector. Which I understand sometimes things are out of stock. What happened next was I was locked out of my account ,called tech support who told me I had to go to store, called store told me I had to come in not sure what problem was, came in and the girl there opened account and said nothing was wrong, I tried several times day before and that day and was locked out. She said it was probably a glitch and I shrugged it off. Then I got an email telling me of my review. I don't know seems kinda strange I would have given a good review anyway .but had to return into a store three times in same week during a pandemic , that's what upset me
