I first went to Rav's thanks to multiple Google reviews raving about the service, timeliness of diagnosis and repair, and superb care taken for all cars, with many mentions of their expertise with Mercedes (I drive a C300). Rav's is all of those things PLUS incredibly kind, patient, clear in communicating what's happening and why. Recently Rav helped process a major claim for over $4k in repairs needed - he took it on from start to finish, working directly w my warranty company AND organizing my car rental - i literally did nothing while my car was fixed, the warranty inspection & approval process totally managed by Rav ( And, I paid less than $1k! “Excellent service! I had a flat tire with a torn sidewall and couldn’t safely drive my car. I walked to the shop, and by the time I arrived, they had already prepared the new tire. After I paid, one of the employees drove me back to my car and installed the tire there. This saved me a lot of time and also saved me from paying about $200 for a tow truck.
They were honest and told me I didn’t need a wheel alignment, so they didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop!”

“Tom and crew did a total check on my vehicle. Doug took the car for a test drive with me to see if there was any obvious issues with the car. I figured the brakes were due since they had nearly 27k and I noticed the fluid was low.
Tom called with his evaluation. The brakes had about 20% life left…no hard sell, just clear Information to make a decision. He gave me an extremely fair estimate and I gave him to green light for front & rear brakes…car was ready to pick up later that day.
Happy with the service, the price…and mostly I feel safe knowing the car has been taken care of properly.”

Not only do they have a great inventory with everything from luxury vehicles to reliable daily drivers, but they also made the entire process seamless and easy.
My wife and I also sold them our 2014 Jeep Wrangler, and they were completely transparent throughout the process. They explained what I could expect selling it off lot versus through them, along with the tax implications and everything else involved.
