This was an excellent experience, Joe R. my salesman was highly knowledgeable and easy to work with as well as efficient. Both the dealership and Joe came recommended by my friends. I came in on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and the car was ready the morning after the holiday weekend. I recommend Platinum VW and my salesman Joe R.

One, if not the best dealership me and my husband went to! We decided to go to this specific dealership because of the recommendation we got from my husband’s co-worker. The second me and my husband entered the place, we were greeted happily by Joe Riccobene, Joe is a very pleasant person to work with, he makes sure that everything is transparent and well explained to me and my husband. We never felt trapped by him or haggled(like most dealerships do nowadays) we also felt at ease with him. We’ll definitely go back and will love to work with him again and again.

My experience in dealing with Platinum Volkswagen has been nothing short of exceptional. The buying process is easy and smooth and it is a pleasure to deal with them. I dealt with Joe Riccobene, who I would recommend to anyone. Joe leased me my first VW back during Covid, and now my new Cross-Sport in November 2023. He is professional, knowledgeable, fair and just a true gentleman. No false promises, no haggling, just looks to meet the needs of the customer. I would recommend Platinum VW to anyone in the market. BUYER BEWARE… I am BLOCKED from using VW service department for leaving a bad review 4 months prior! Can you believe the deceitfulness how they treat people who leave honest truthful reviews. I was even yelled at on the phone just now from the general manager of platinum VW Hicksville when asked why I couldn’t make an appointment! All because I left an honest negative experience I had with them 4 months prior how it delayed my family vacation because they took a 40Min task and let my car sit there turning it into an 8 hour simple tire change.To your gaslighting response:I can be very specific: as this is a very real post. When I called for an appointment to get my oil changed and inspection sticker updated; the secretary says I’m blocked from all future appointments in the computer. I never miss a bill or payment so I was so confused. I called the manager in sales department who’s probably the guy responding to these posts. And how he spoke to me was appalling. I have been a VW customer for 15 years at other establishments and all the VW employees have always exceeded my expectations.I asked him “why I can’t come in” and he started talking loud over me and yelling about nonsense going to a restaurant and not liking the food and not going back to the restaurant; crazy nonsense and how the one star review I made 3 months ago can hurt sales etc and this is their retaliation of blocking me from future appointments because they can’t handle the truth. He even said “Why would you want to come back if it was so bad” I told him the service provided and staff are good but the mishap wasn’t handled professionally on a management level and now I can clearly see why.A great establishment takes accountability for poor service and tries to remediate it. A simple sorry would have reversed everything I would have even deleted the first comment if it was handled appropriately and if you asked me to. You even said “you may want to rethink taking that review down” But the audacity to speak in that tone with a customer is a huge letdown; you took it to a whole other level of unprofessionalism. That was your chance to remediate the situation and kindly ask me to remove the comment but you can’t seem to lower yourself to be kind and humble. .I have the 3 minute call record on my caller ID with your number on it. The time I wrote this matches up with the phone call time stamp as well. I even have a voicemail on my machine from another very kind manager Steve who also explained how my blocked appointment was due to a prior review.I had you on speaker phone so my mother can hear and she couldn’t believe the way you spoke to me either. You even said “I’m the GM” right before you hung up on me after you talked loudly and aggressively toward me for 3 minutes.My other post was real as well; as it was acknowledged and responded to already. I even have proof of bills from the vacation that was delayed due to the 8 hour tire mishap. You could have simply humbled yourself and said sorry and tried to remediate the horrible service I had 3 months ago but you can’t even give a simple apology for turning a 40 min tire change into an all day event. But you literally re-hatched everything all over again and made things even worse by your responses.Life is to short, and you sound to young to be that angry and short tempered this early in your career. There will be many obstacles you face in life and you should start learning from your mistakes now, It wouldn’t hurt to humble yourself once in a while. Remember you get more bees with honey. Do not look any further if you’re looking for a great dealership to purchase a Volkswagen! My experience here was beyond wonderful! From the first phone call with Paul who was so nice and straight forward and helpful to walking in and purchasing my Jetta GLI it was seamless. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase my Jetta GLI I LOVE IT! The process was quick and no stress or fuss like other dealerships. Vildan who was my salesperson was wonderful! She was so helpful in my decision and delivered my car with pride and a smile on her face and was so informative and followed up days later to make sure I was happy and asked if I needed anything. She was supper knowledgeable as well. Financing part for my situation was tough but they made it so stress free and we’re honest and helpful and I was out of the dealership in no time. Overall a great experience! Great dealership and wonderful people!

Sorry to whomever just responded to my negative review regarding the gas cap. You are mistaken, there are two part numbers with different suffixes (AD vs Q). Q fits my vehicle, AD does not. Just found info from VW. I tried to call the number provided but it rang incessantly before going to a full mailbox where it could not leave a message. You're wrong not me. And I have a screenshot before I ordered claiming part AD fit. The incorrect part is in transit and I look forward to a full refund including all the shipping.

Very easy. I called on a whim because I had a bad experience with another dealer. They didn’t have what I was looking for on the lot yet, but Manny remembered and called me 3 days later when the car was on the lot to say they had one if I was still interested. The car was mine 24 hours later. It was very easy and there was nothing but transparency.

I do not about the other reviews and I will not judge them but in my personal opinion about how was the deal about getting my new car it was very smooth, they gave me a very good advice what should I do. I got out from the dealer and I looked for a second opinion what they said to me and they where right. All the dealer’s team are highly qualified. Specially the salesperson who I made the deal. If I made another purchase in the future, Platinum Volkswagen will be my first option.

Came in to look for a new Tiguan. Leo was my sales specialist. He knew more about the car than other vw dealerships I had been to, which is nice regardless of having done my own research and test driven the car more than once. Our purchasing of the car went smoothly and quickly. Everyone here was friendly and the whole process was painless. Happy with my new car!

Small-minded people who want to grab every cent from you and ask you to sign horrible deals only for a test drive! Avoid this place! I don't know what happened to this place maybe the management changed, my buddy from a large leasing company recommended it to me a year ago, I talked to him after that and he also said that they have deteriorated a lot and started acting rude and unprofessional the last couple of months. Anyway, it is your choice to have a horrible experience if go there, maybe you want some just for fun ?
