Pro Pharmacy is the best, very professional. I highly recommend, way better then cvs! Pharmacists and technicians are always available to answer any questions or solve any issues, over the phone or through text!

They are very unprofessional and rude!! I came here because the bigger pharmacies aren't great but this place is so much worse. They refuse to answer text questions and refuse to honor a simple request to speak to a manager. They do not know what customer service is! I'd give it zero starts if I could.Take note how they do not address or respond to negative reviews!!

This pharmacy always notifies me when my medication is ready to be delivered and I have zero problems with them. They are very efficient and cause me no trouble.

if you are tired of being treated badly by your pharmacy, come here. the pharmacist personally went out of her way to get me my medication when cvs wouldn't even answer the phone let alone treat me like a human with dignity. and this place is safe for lgbt+ people

Always use the same pharmacy but today the lady was so rude... If I asking something is because I need to be clear about my medicine... and my insurence cover and my copay ... If you cant handled that you dont have to have a job in customer service.

They get the price right, preauthorize and deliver without cost. Superior service without the nonsense of the big chain pharmacies. I am happy to write this as they have saved me time and money. 10 STARS.

Told me my rx is not covered by insurance and tried to charge me $45 saying they have a coupon for a RX that is covered by my insurance. I double checked online, the rx is covered and checked on express scripts for Pro pharmacy showing it is accepted and covered.Not sure why she was adamant that my insurance did not cover the rx. Got the rx the next day somewhere else with no hassle.
