She continues to be very helpful, polite and respectful, not only to me but to members of my family who also have storage units here. I can't say enough good things about her. There's just so many. It is not the same since Brianna left. Staff is hardly ever there. The place isn't as clean. You should probably bring Brianna back.

Keila of Public Storage Hicksville Long Island NY was always behind the counter whenever we went there and ready to help whether it was providing us a key to use a cart or giving us access to a bathroom or selling us boxes and packing supplies. Keila must never have a day off! She’s always there. Anyway, we would have given 5 stars as the storage place is neat and clean, except we just moved out a day into a new month and learned they won’t prorate per day and we’re going to get charged for another whole for a storage space that is empty!! Really? After 7 years of paying on time each month? Really? Hello, can someone at Public Storage Corporate office look into this matter, please?

Good at first, check your reciepts becsuse the only notice you get for rent increases is in small writing on your reciept. They give you a good rate to move in, wait a few months for you to get all your stuff in and raise the rent every few months. I originally had a 5x10, downgraded to a 5x5 and ended up paying the same price for the 5x5 that I paid for the 5x10 when I opened it. When I canceled they called to inquire why, and I told them why. I like that they ask for feedback, but I doubt they'll change how they're ripping people off.

I can't praise Miguel at Public Storage enough for his exceptional service. I arrived with a mountain of questions and concerns about securing a storage unit, and Miguel helped with. He offered insightful advice showed me around. Nice guy!

I found the storage process daunting, because I was having a hard time with the customer service at Pods but Miguel at Public Storage made it a breeze. He was incredibly patient and, clearly explaining everything and even lending a hand. His thoughtful approach turned what I feared would be a stressful task into a simple experience. I highly recommend Miguel for anyone needing storage assistance.

Brianna is such a pleasure to deal with. She has excellent customer service.An outstanding personality which is good for the company. She makes sure that the facility is clean And well maintained. She makes it a point to get to know her regular customers. Overall this location is the best out of all Public Storages.
