Great family pharmacy, like the old-fashioned Pharmacy vibe. We usually don't have any problems, However, today we called at 6 o'clock to order scripts for tomorrow and no one answers the phone. The pharmacy hours are till 7 PM. If there was some sort of emergency and they needed to close early, maybe an answering machine with a message only would work well. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my Scripps tomorrow

It's your family pharmacy store, the people who work there are like family. They know your name and actually know you. Really good people that care. The store is a treasure and I highly recommend if your looking for a gift for that one person that has everything. It's not your cold heartless corporate box store. It's a good old fashioned local business, built with hard work & heart, (no huge corporate office, that swindles it's way out of paying it's fair share, so it's CEOs can fatten their pockets) a local business that deserves to be supported by it's neighborhood. Remember you get what you give and a smile is always free.

Prescriptions are ready very quickly, not like the chain pharmacies. You pay the same as if you went to the chain pharmacies. Always friendly and helpful. Been in the neighborhood for over 65 years

Great old fashioned pharmacy. The people are very helpful. My father would get deliveries from them. The only drawbacks I'd list are the parking and the hours, but the service is 5 stars.

They are a wonderful neighborhood partner and family friendly pharmacy. More times than I want to admit, they helped me get prescriptions filled no matter how disorganized we were as a family. Our family has been a part of the Smith Pharmacy family for over 15 years. From ensuring we can get our prescriptions filled; sharing information and answering question; finding cute, thoughtful gifts and cards; and my favorite candy (Peppermint Patties), I am thankful for the pharmacists and staff, that Smith's Pharmacy is our pharmacy and is a big part of the Hicksville community.

My Mom need help getting her medicine approved on Sunday 15 minutes before closing and pharmacist was so helpful and got it done. Mom is feeling so much better ...Thank you. All staff here is always so helpful & go that extra yard.

The store could use some major updating and parking is tough, but the staff and pharmacists are always so nice and accommodating. They have a lot of medical supplies too and if they dont have something in stock, a lot of the time they'll try to order it for you. Its been a while since I went in but last time I checked they had lotto and western union services which is really convenient. A ton of cute little items that are good for a last minute gift and they always have seasonal items too, like stuffed animals. It's worth it to stop by to check it out.
