After realizing he went out of his way to assist me during his lunch break, I felt compelled to finally write this review!!! If I could give him 100 stars I would!! The store was unorganized. I took up some spiral books in the that were stocked with a $0.35 ea. pricing, I mean lots of boxes stacked under the that price. when I went to the register the books were $2.49 ea.. I ask the manager to do a courtesy price adjustment he said No, and walked away.

Awesome customer service at printing station, very happy with the paper quality for my resume...accepting of my service dog, which secures me coming back when needed...I highly recommend this place

I buy my ink cartridges and paper supply here all the time. Prices are comparatively ok and quality of supplies are acceptable. Never had problems with the merchandise. Staff are ok and courteous. Ample parking spaces without a problem.

Jenna saved the day for our group when we needed a super fast turnaround for 1000pcs of a small booklet. Went in person after 6p to submit files and it was ready for pickup the next afternoon by 1p. She was extremely helpful and took the time to print out samples on different paper stocks, in BW and color, patiently waited while I revised a file due to a typo, and then checked the final files before I left to make sure there weren't any problems. Will definitely return for our next project!

Very slow attendance one of the lady is very unprofessional and her attitude make me not ever came back to this place again they need new manager and create new 5 rule customers skills.

Richie and Ararad were extremely helpful and accommodating after I experienced an issue with a print pickup order at another location.They handled my print job in an extremely timely manner and did everything they could to make this issue right for me despite not being the store that caused the issue.I truly appreciate all of their help and will definitely be returning! 5 stars all across the board!

The customer service at the returns section works slower than a snail! I just had to return a retail item, and it only required scanning a bar code and getting a return coupon.The whole process took forever!! The staff at the counter were the least enthusiastic and lazy bummers I have seen anywhere.A particular female associate had no "joy"whatsoever in her service and looked like she worked there out of despair !! There were so many people waiting and they weren't enough courteous enough to ask what it is for and how long before they would be available for the required service.They simply kept looming around the store looking at random stuff and completely ignoring the people in the queue.Thank God for a really sweet woman who was waiting just as us announcing she wouldn't mind if we wanted us to ask them questions or get our stuff done! Horrible customer service! I am never returning to this deplorable place.

Staples most recent experience. Jenna is the manager and did indeed help me. I had tried online ordering using their noted coupon and didn't see spot for rewards redemption points. I made various calls. 800 number was near 30 minutes waste of time. Finally I called the store. I went in got help, got coupons and rewards, got items and was out in minutes. The way I like to shop. Other stores other locations I have had mixed experiences over the years. More consistantly at this Hicksville location, the people are friendly, helpful and adequately knowledgeable about most products. It is the way I like to shop.

Really depends on when you go and what you're looking to purchase - it's hit or miss. I wish they had a 3.5 stars because that is what they are. Caveat: I've never used their printing services but for regular items they really do have all the staples.

Never using this company again. I’ve learned my lesson twice now. They desaturated and darkened all of my prints and ruined them. Really bad place to print

I got some printing services done a few months afo. Idk about the others but these employees named Ben and John were great and professional. They were very kind, patient, and understanding. Not to mention fast service. I would go again definitely
