Its better to visit any other T-mobile store, since they're not helpful. Bad attitudes, they want to drive away customers rather than help or answer questions.

James who works here very rude and dismissive to customers I had to call customer care to help me and they needed to speak to someone who works in the store I went up to James to speak to customer care and he had the nerve to say for what VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! if your not willing to help customers don’t work in customer care.

A one star is not even enough to describe the lady who have given us a rude expression and behavior. we came with a good intent to change a plan. her approach was rude and kept on talking without giving the customer time to ask questions. i am asian and my gestures and hand movements does not mean i appointing my hand to her. how rude of her to accuse us of such things. she should know every client has the right to ask questions before buying a commodity . so sad of you guys losing customers.

I was visited to T-Mobile store, the one of lady her name was on the badge was (Adira) she was so rude she represented her self as assistant manager,she don’t know how to deal customers, the customer service was so poor.

I didn’t really like this store on the past but this weekend went there for a SIM card as I wanted to move from esim to regular card. I met with Yadira, and what a pleasure to deal she was. That’s how customer service should be. I know when you call T-Mobile, they are the best. Stores, not so much. Way to go Yadira!!!!
