if you love your pet - do not use lucky paws. victoria butchered my beautiful bernedoodle. I was mortified / uneven cut, nicks all over his chest. teeth not brushed. and all was paid for. I could not believe what they did. and the icing on the cake was they offered my $10 towards my next groom for my dissatisfaction. laughable. the owner did not call us back after numerous attempts. the manager stopped taking my calls. and victoria had the audacity to tell me that my pup was unruly and unkempt. he is neither of those things. then I found out that Victoria had a hand injury and no one could tell me exactly who groomed my dog. be careful at this establishment

I love Victoria I was actually there the day that unfortunately lucky paws called called the police on a client for pushing the groomer and harassing her and threatening her -poor gal, terrible how some people behave. It was only because of her kindness that the people were not arrested. She didn’t press charges she just wanted to be paid for her amazing work. The dog looked beautiful and white and she is an amazing groomer . The lady that used to own the salon was terrible and the only reason my friend came here was because of her cheap prices her grooming was horrible, and the place was filthy, with bird droppings everywhere. I was afraid my dog would get sick . I’m happy to be back and a client of the new clean salon lucky paws ? my dog loves it here . Thank you Victoria

Let me just say if I could give this place a 0 star I would. My appointment was for 10:30 am which my pups arrived before his appointment time. At 2pm I decided to call and ask how much longer I was told they had an aggressive dog and they don’t know and he just had a bath, I showed up at 4pm because by this time I was totally frustrated how do you have an appointment time at 10:30am and bath him at 2pm and not even have the decency to call and let me know what is going on. Upon entering I could hear the young lady in the front screaming at a whimpering dog to Shut Up she then comes out and ask “you didn’t hear that did you” and that its a matted dog which I know my pups isn’t. I said to her is he finished? She just knotted her head no. By now I’m furious its now pass 4pm and he’s still not done I said to her how do you have a 10:30am appointment and not bath him then? I even told her to call me with any issues I would have taken him back and bring him when you have availability. I said to her I just want him back give me him as is because this is ridiculous. The other one comes out and said well you’ll have to pay didn’t even have the decency to apologize. I said I’m not paying you anything she then says well your not getting your dog back! I then had to call the police to get my pups back, can you believe this the nerve of her This place is the most unprofessional I’ve ever dealt with only God knows what they do with these poor pups. I booked a grooming not a daycare

Tia was always wonderful I dont know how this company can use reviews from Bark Central? They are riding off her good name. I tried in person to make an appointment and after watching them interact with the dogs and the way they spoke to me I chose NOT to let them cut my two Westies. Tia if you see this text me, Ill come to you.

Horrible place!!! do not bring your dog here !!! they completely traumatized my dog buzzed after I said not to buzzed off all her skin tags. She's 16 years old, came home a bloody mess and completely traumatized.

I'd give this business a ZERO if I could it was an option. I had been coming with my dogs to this grooming location since before it was taken over by Lucky Paws. The owner raised the prices 3 times in the first year! And he keeps raising his prices periodically "small increases" as he likes to state. The workers are not happy with how this business is run. I have had issues arise and stayed to have it addressed, but instead of helping me, the manager, Mary Joe, kept taking other clients and phone calls. She had me waiting for 45 minutes to "see what she can do" to reduce the price from $102 that I was being charged for my 8 pound Yorkie to only get a hair cut! That did Not include the bath part of the price. she kept stating that the computers were down. When I was in this office a few months ago, I heard the same excuse for overcharging me, and not being able to reduce the cost. I was also told that I was waiting for her to hear from the owner and then waiting to hear from another manager. While waiting, I was jumped on by a Labradoodle and scratched up in . The whole operation is a mess. As I was about to leave and was expressing extreme disgust of this business, another manager had walked in and immediately reduce the price a little once she heard about the situation. There's no reason why the first manager at the desk could not have done the same and saved me 45 minutes and a whole lot of aggravation, waiting to get the same answer. Original customers have left and found other groomers that are much more friendly and cost efficient. They treat their clients like people and still run a profitable business. the only reason why I remained longer was for one groomer whom I love. But I have had enough of this business and will be leaving as well. I have nothing good to say about it.

First this is no longer Bark Central. I have been a loyal customer of Tia's Bark Central for at least 15 years . When it closed we took our dog to Lucky Paws on S. Broadway because we heard Tia was working there. Tia cut our dog's hair and I was charged the usual price. I took our dog back to Bark Central's old location now Lucky Paws and they wanted to charge me 50% more for the same service. When I asked why so much the reply I got was " that's why Tia went out of business". The person at the front desk did lower the price $9 but that's still 35% more than I was paying. If that's the case why did they charge me the usual price at the S. Broadway location?I was pleased with the cut but not the price.

I’ve searched 3 years for a groomer who would listen. Tia did a fantastic job. She cut my dog exactly the way I asked. Short ears and face not cookie cutter where every dog’s cut is the same. My dog looks so cute and smells so good. Tia is wonderful!!!!

Although my appointment time was pushed back, Tia still made time to accommodate my Maltese. I am a new customer and will definitely be returning. She did an awesome and quick job with my dog. Thank you Tia.

Great staff, affordable & quality work. I have been bringing my dogs to Tia for 30 years. Beagle, Bassett hounds & my current, Mini Bernadoodle. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
