“I had an outstanding experience with Platinum Volkswagen of Hicksville from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely seamless, which is exactly what you hope for when purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

Manny was excellent to deal with throughout the entire transaction. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, patient, and extremely easy to work with. There was never any unnecessary pressure or typical dealership runaround—everything was explained clearly, communication was excellent, and the process moved along exactly as promised.

What impressed me most was how effortless the entire experience felt. From working out the details to completing the paperwork and taking delivery, the staff at Platinum Volkswagen made everything organized and efficient. Manny made sure everything was handled properly and that there were no surprises along the way.

It is refreshing to deal with a dealership that values professionalism, transparency, and customer service. I would absolutely recommend Platinum Volkswagen of Hicksville, and especially Manny, to anyone looking for a Volkswagen. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process an enjoyable one. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.”
