I already paid the shipping label. I asked them give me a label porch so I could put the label on the envolope to ship. The lady said no,the label porch is not for your label. . she just put some small tape on 4 sides and one small piece in the middle. She said that is all I could do, You could buy the tape here and tape to cover all your label if you want to...waste tape and time instead of just using a easy label porch….. right?I waited there for 30 minutes and I have to go back home to tape everything by myself… people, please be Generous to contribute the community.

I had absolutely best experience here . Very helpful people , specially I would like to mention about the lady I met Ms . Rose . She was so kind and considerate and took my son passport application inspite of the fact that I had an appointment issue before going there .

I think they are doing best possible service with the resources and back provided to them. It's a circulating dilemma to everyone, people are so spoiled and dramatic they showed up to window with worst nasty attitude and expect a friendly service from clerks, who already had insulted lecture from their manager in the morning because their manager is yelled out from upper management who reads the reviews and tweets from customers. One should start with positive attitude. Postal workers are human too they also have feelings and families issues.

honestly didn’t have a great experience because the lady was giving seemed like she was giving an attuide and it seemed like she wanted me to get out because she gave an attitude I honestly see why other reviews say this is bad.

This is the worst post office i ever used here in America.
For the second time my package is missing and when you call the customer service they put you on hold for 40 mins and someone answers and not helping.
You need to level up people.

They hire these employees for a basic entry-level type of work and pay them way more than they should. Only to be provided with the worst service. Almost everyone who has served me has an F-off attitude. Also, there are 6-7 stations, but there's only 1 or 2 at best, working in the front on the busiest time. It could take over 45 min before you're served. Terrible customer service, work management, rotation, and no one can cover one another.

If I could give them zero stars I would but I sadly can’t everyone is so miserable here and they want you to be miserable. I had some lady take my phone cut me off and everything because I wanted to send a gift to a different address that’s okay but everyone is so miserable and they are just so rude

This is so bad,my package has been with them for the past 3 weeks now and it still not confirmed when I call them also those Bot always have something useless to say and not refer me to the right agent they need to step up and work well this is a bad experience

“I don’t remember the name of the older lady who works there, i guess her name start with k if i am not wrong but she was very rude to customers. I went to apply for my passport, and as soon as she saw me, she seemed unhappy. Unfortunately, I forgot one of my documents, so I asked if I could return within five minutes since I live nearby. She refused, even though my appointment was scheduled for 12:00-12:15, and it was only 12:05 at the time. I explained that I’d be back quickly, but she insisted it wasn’t possible because they were short-staffed that day. She told me to come back the next day or go somewhere else. It was such a frustrating experience, and I’ll never go back to that place again.”

Their service is terrible. You can’t trust them to send out your mail. I spent $80 on express international shipping, but the package was delivered back to my house. The next day, I went to their office and asked them to send it out again. They acknowledged the mistake and said they would send it as soon as possible. However, I received it back at my house again the following day.
I’m not sure what the problem is—whether they’re just not doing their job properly or if it’s intentional. Either way, I won’t trust their service anymore.

Easy and efficient for passports. Make an appointment. Follow instructions. Bring relevant documents. Rose was very knowledgeable and helpful and we didn’t have to wait.
