I stopped by the Walgreens Pharmacy to get my flu shot. I made an appointment ahead of time but wasn't sure if the pharmacist was out to lunch or if the pharmacy was closed. There wasn't a sign posted for hours of operation or for a lunch break. I asked an associate and he wasn't sure. There was another women waiting to pick up her prescription and she stated that the pharmacy would open at 2pm. A second woman stated that sometimes the pharmacy is closed for the day so you never know. We all decided to wait until 2pm but a sign can easily solve this issue.

Walgreens has become the worst pharmacy in America. The service here approaches slightly above a prison. You will wait in line, you will not get the drugs you need, you will have problems with your insurance, and you will waste a ton of your personal time. I've waited in my car for over an hour to get my medications. Once, I even called the pharmacy waited ten minutes with no answer and literally drove to the Walgreens twenty minutes away with it still on hold and asked the person at the window why no one was answering my phone call. They don't care about you, your health, nor the businessof dispensing medication. It's literally a dumpster fire here everyday. Go to a small community pharmacy your needs will be better swerved.

deserves 0 stars. Horrid. Pharmacy never answers phone. On hold 52 minutes. I'm switching. Worst customer service ever at Walgreens on South Oyster Bay Rd. in Hicksville, NY.

I have been using this pharmacy for the past 6 months, they have NEVER had my prescription ready when I arrived. It's always some kind of problem with them. And now they don't even have my prescription available. I will be changing pharmacies for sure.

If I could give ZERO stars. A complete s__t show. They never answer phone. Hold times over a hour. Very long wait time at drive thru or in store. They constantly close drive through window. No one knows what going on. Go anywhere else. Someone from HQ needs to investigate.

If I could do ZERO stars. Garbage store. So unprofessionally run. Pharmacy is the WORST!! Constantly close drive thru (even when you've been on line for an hour) and never pick up the phone. Hold times more than an hour. Took me and my doctor two days of calling and holding to get meds filled post operation. Been getting same meds for years and every time they charge me wrong price - don't keep any important data on file. Always a fight and no one knows whats going on. Tried to call and reach store manager to let them know how bad customer service is and hung up after holding 1/2 an hour. Never setting foot in this store again - do yourself a favor and do the same. I've actually bonded with other customers over how bad they are! It's unreal. Service is everything these days. They don't get it at all.

Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Two weeks behind on my meds because they keep saying they put it through but didn't. Don't answer phone and it takes an hour to get your meds when you're there. AVOID

Wait in phone line for 2 hrs and no one picked up the call worst costumer service. It keep saying that our staff is assisting other costumers the whole time.

Always helpful. Short staff like every other place. However, they help you best with their listening skills, and try their best to meet with your intend goals and wishes. Just be patient with them. You will get the best from them.

All I can say is bad customer service from photo department/FedEx. There was this elder lady named Ba__hi who has some "Customer Service Associate" or something on the tag as her title - not going to disclose her full name. She was more concerned about her own purchase and applying discount on her own purchases versus helping out the employees and customers. When asked if she can login to the system to help a customer out she had to change her password and was not capable of doing it. The employee was going to change the password for her. Talk about good security hygiene. At the end they couldn't get on to the system and had to turn the customer away. Avoid this department.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They're so beyond understaffed and have been for two years. I'll have to switch to CVS. I've never been there where I haven't wait at least 30 minutes to get my medicine, drive-thru or in person. I'm not sure what the deal is but it's honestly insane. Save your time and go literally anywhere else.

Walgreens Hicksville South Oyster Bay Road. Horrible customer service, no manager, disgusting rude cashier and DO NOT REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TO WEAR MASKS. December 26th no masks required pursuant to NYS regulations, i.e. all customers must wear masks when in an indoor public place, like Walgreens HIcksville South Oyster Bay Road. Manager Bryan did nothing, he did not ask unmasked customer to leave, did not hand unmasked customer a mask. Told me unmasked customer would be leaving soon, Cashier said I am not allowed to ask her name. Rude, disgusting awful. No masks and ok with all employee's and managment.

Bloody awful. No one picks up calls to answer our questions. Then we get there, and they keep pulling people behind us in line for over 20 minutes.... Like we explained the situation, you had all the information on hand but it took you TWENTY minutes for it to click that our prescription couldn't be transferred because it's a controlled substance?! We had a patient who just got off surgery in pain in our car and you all had zero empathy or thought to hurry it up. Or really just any pharmaceutical knowledge if you didn't realize percoset is a controlled substance. Like how did you even get hired?? also they have some slow trainee that just adds to their overall snail pace. Go there if you want to experience what it's like to age, wither and die in one location.
