From the moment I met Ann, a certified insurance adjuster, I knew I was in the right place. After inspecting my car’s damage, by using her desktop within about five minutes she developed a detailed estimate for the total repair, and assured me that she would work with the other guy’s insurance company to have them cover the total cost.
When I picked up my car, I could not have been more pleased with the job they did. My four-year-old Touring Avalon looked brand new! Believe me, you will not get better service or workmanship. They are truly the best!!

I think it looks better now than when we took it home from the dealer. The workmanship was excellent and the staff was friendly kind and very caring. I am grateful for their help.
