This post office is the worst . This lady that works there is so rude and Unprofessional. She shouldn’t be working there. They do not even care about your packages . I will go to different post office from now on

I wish I knew the name of the heavy set guy with the ponytail who works here. He is lazy, rude, and shouldn't be working in this establishment. I can't fathom how they don't have more people who care about their jobs working here. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. I will just go to the one in Fort Mongomery, much better service.

Worst Post office ever. How many times they have lost my packages... it’s indescribable... I requested to hold any packages for me, and on the successful times I find them on the porch. Yesterday was the cherry on top as they lost me another package by placing it or delivering it to the wrong address AGAIN. I’m so tired of this situation, filling for a lost package and getting frustrated over things like that. I didn’t know I have to wait outside my house every time I am expecting a package. There’s absolutely no need for me to do that if whoever delivers does his/her job right.

I've always had positive experiences here. The staff are wonderful and always helpful with answers to questions. Good parking availability too.

The lady in charge there needs to leave her ghetto attitude at home and be professional at work. Post Office should invest in some Customer Service Courses to help her understand what her job is about.

The phone service was not wonderful. I would suggest phone etiquette classes becuase it not hard to say good moring thank you for calling how may I help you. Then when hanging up "talk to you later". I asked about a package she didn't ask my tracking number or my name. Yet knew my package was on the truck, unacceptable. Esecially when I went online to have my package sent to another town. Reason of my calling. No help smh

Suck, they are so lazy with deliveries. And throw your merchandise so when you open it, its broken. And they litter there rubber bands all over the place! Unbelievable.
