The day before my birthday we were supposed to have flooding in our area that affected my flight and I had to change it to early the following morning. I had to print my parking pass or I couldn’t park and I didn’t have a printer. Jason had never used the printer before and was having problems trying to print my document. Jason did not give up despite the printer kept giving an error code. He was determined understanding and sympathetic at how desperately I needed to have this document ASAP. I left with my document in hand and he wished me a happy birthday. Great customer service from this young man!

I just don't understand the negative reviews I saw re Walgreens in Highland Falls. As a resident of the community, I visit their store regularly & have always found their staff to be friendly, efficient, & professional. Sometimes you'll have only a few reviews & they were posted by folks in a less than "happy place" on that one day. Take it from a "regular", we are lucky to have Walgreens in our little town!

It’s a typical Walgreens. Organized well but out of stock on a lot of products. Service was friendly and fast. Prices were high.

My primary pharmacy for many years. Not 5 star, but consistent solid 4 stars. Medication questions are taken seriously & I'm given honest answers about when Rx will be available for pick up. Good selection of non-phamacy items: office supplies, seasonal merchandise, health & beauty needs.

I recently went to this place to get a COVID-19 test. I set the appointment the night before. I arrived at the appointment time and I was met with rude pharmacy staff that claimed that I didn’t have an appointment “written down” on their list and that they couldn’t confirm my appointment via computer because their system was downloading new software. I showed the staff my email appointment confirmation as well as the confirmation #, but that still didn’t matter. They told me to call later or come back later and maybe something could be done. They actually chastised me for waiting until the night before to set an appointment. Anyway in closing they finally told me that they would not honor my appointment and I ended up setting a last minute appointment with the CVS in stony point where I was both treated like a patient and a client. In these trying times this place (in my experience) is devoid of compassion and professionalism and if they shut down I would lose any sleep over it. Go to CVS if you have a choice.

Went in to drop off a package for fedex, I was greeted by a young male associate who was very helpful but was limited in his access to the fedex software I believe. He went to get assistance from two female employees who seemed to be in a separate location maybe the office, but you could hear them talking, neither one of them came out of the office to assist the young man or speak to me directly. They seemed to find every possible reason to not come out and assist him and kept sending him out of the office to relay messages to me when I could clearly hear everything they said. They were rude to him and rude to me for not coming and being of help in this situation, and they did not seem to want to find a solution for my package drop off. This is my local Walgreens and I refuse to go there again because of the poor staff. Put in a complaint with Walgreens directly because of how disappointed I am.

JJ (as it's spelt on his name tag) was a super rude individual. After my transaction was complete no receipt was printed and I said I need a paper receipt so I can get reimbursed can we refund and re ring the order so I can have a paper receipt. As of now I'm the only person in line and it was 6 items. How he grabbed the items and acted you would have thought I was holding up his line with 10 other customers waiting to be checked out. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to and would recommend going to another one if possible. Playing on phones and chatting with coworkers take priority of customer service

I was looking at allergy medicine that you need to purchase at the pharmacy, the pharmacy staff saw me and proceeded to close the sliding door for lunch. They would not let me purchase the claritin. I was the only one standing there. The one girl wanted to take it up to the front but the pharmacist wouldn't allow it. I've been treated very badly buy one pharmacist I don't know what her name is. The male pharmacist is very nice.It's my Hometown pharmacy there's only one in the entire town and I'll never go there again

The most unfriendly, judgey, and rude checkout lady ever. They need to make sure they hire people who actually like their job, and are friendly to paying customers :)

The pharmacist, who is clearly a frustrated man who couldn't make it into medical school , gave me a hard time for my Covid vaccine appointment. I have a qualifying medical condition but the pharmacist decided it wasn't good enough for him told me I did not qualify. He was also very rude. I drove an hour to get the vaccine.
