“I made the mistake of putting my first mattress cover in the dryer and destroyed it. I have been looking and purchasing ones locally and they just aren't the same. I finally called Aaron's and they had the mattress cover I had before in stock. I was so pleased, I purchased 3. Finally have a mattress cover that protects from so many things and it is breathable. So happy with my choice to go pick them up. Thank you.”
“Like most consumers I normally write reviews when I have an unpleasant encounter and I must say normally in home depot I have only unpleasant encounters. Today was the surprise exception to that rule. I was searching for a replacement rug for my mother who had just lost her dog. In the rug section the employee who assisted us was Angelique M. She was both knowledgeable and helpful but more importantly she compassionate when dealing with my mom having learned about her recent loss. Somehow the shopping experience I was dreading... got turned around. Angie took the time with me and my mom that we needed. As a business person, I know how difficult it is to find a strong customer facing employee with these qualities. Perhaps next time I have to choose where to go home depot will be my first choice rather than my usual last resort...”
“Recently, I had a $5k project, and Karen @ the customer service desk helped me through it. Then I had a delivery issue, where the warehouse didn't deliver $1100 worth of materials even though they said they did. Karen again stepped up and helped me. She got me in touch with a manager, Crissy. Crissy ended up getting my money return after reviewing the video footage I had. This manager is awesome!
As for Karen, she deserves a raise/promotion. (I know there are other employees at this store who do a great job, but I can only talk about my interaction.)
