“I dealt with Nicole at Bill Favaros office to cancel insurance on a car that had been deemed a total loss. She handled everything with professional courtesy. 5 stars.”

“My insurance representative Astrid, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She was able to give me a policy that crushed the competition. Astrid spent numerous calls with me working until we got to the exact right policy for me. Highly recommended!”
“The staff members are polite and helpful. You can ask them anything and if they don't know the answer instead of makeing something up, they find the answer. They will present a couple of different offers, one based on what you have or ask for and then a quote for coverages the recommend. This State Farm agency is not just trying to make a sale but they want to increase your awareness of the insurance you're asking about.”

“Wow! AI recommended this agency to me and I wish I discovered them YEARS ago! I never would have guessed an insurance agent/agency could deliver better pricing than buying direct. I just switched my home, auto and umbrella. Larry provided fantastic customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
