“I go to this car wash almost exclusively. However recently, I went through the touch wash and for some reason, the rollers never went & the soap never came through. I called the customer service number on the sign, and a man named Matt answered, apologized for the issue and gave me a code for a free wash. He walked me through the prompts on the screen and made sure the wash was going before our call ended. He didn’t question me at all and said he would look into the problem immediately. I am very impressed with the service here and just wanted to share while there is not always a perfect experience with every small business, the owner/manager of the car wash handled the situation quickly and fairly! He didn’t give me the bare minimum wash either, he told me I could pick whatever one I wanted.

“Posting for my mom! Highly recommend these guys!! On Thanksgiving I was transporting everything for our Thanksgiving dinner. As I rounded the last corner of my drive I proceeded to coat my passenger side floor area with a gallon of freshly made turkey gravy! What a mess. Called OAX car detailing and they said bring it in Friday morning. A couple of hours later and my car was better than new both inside and out. Their customer service is exceptional and the price was right. If you want your car cleaned to perfection contact these guys.”
“Perry was the fourth detailing place I called this morning trying to get an urgent appointment to rid my car of the rotting food smell after spilling compost liquid in it yesterday. He was able to get me in this afternoon after some finagling with his schedule. Not only that, but he did an excellent job in just under 3 hours this afternoon - even got rid of the dog hair that’s been in my stuck on the fabric in my trunk for 4 years - and the compost stench is gone! He gave me a recommendation for a spray in case it comes back and also offered to run the ozonator in there longer if need be next week. He was super helpful and kind, and I think the price ($173 including tax) was more than fair (though I’ve never had this happen before so I have no source of comparison). Highly recommend. “I've never used a car wash before but glad I decided to give these guys a try (esp when I got a client's car dirty). But I did use their dog wash a few years ago.
Everything was easy to use and instructions were easy to follow. They have contactless airpay that you can use via their app.
I did the touch free option. I found the prices reasonable and the process quick. I like that it lets you know when to go, stop, and to back up. Car was cleaned up nicely. I wish I took a before picture but trust me it was dirty.
They have vacuums (for a couple dollars) to use and a vending machine in the back with various items to finish cleaning your vehicle. Bring cash or quarters for those.”

“Plenty of bays and different options like the automatic Touch Free car wash (I haven't used these yet), and a couple different DIY car washes, which I prefer. The prices are fair and the place is maintained nicely. I would recommend this car wash... it's between Main St and the arterial on N Grand Ave.
They also have a self service Dog Wash, Vacuums, Vending Machines (accessories, towels, AmorAll products, etc.) and the car wash is open 24/7.”

“I went to the foam in wash in Wappingers and was so impressed. I wasn’t sure how to turn off my automatic wipers and the young man attendant helped me to troubleshoot the settings to get them off. He was so polite and kind and I really appreciated his efforts to help me out. In today’s world workers are hard to find so I wish I knew his name to give a proper thank you. And he did it all with a smile!”

“Let's be realistic here, it's no foam and wash. The technology is a little older. I got the gold package. It washed my truck after not having having a wash in months of winter driving. I had a heavy coat of salt on the truck. It's a black truck so it shows everything. My truck is black again and the windows are clean. Nothing fancy.”
