Your serviceman Osmael is an ideal employee. He delivered, set up and cleaned up. He was extremely helpful and polite. He is the type of employee any company would love to have represent them

They delivered the hospital bed without a mattress. The driver offered to return later in the day with one. After he left, I realized the wrong bed had been delivered, a manual one instead of semi automatic. a direct call to the company was handled by Emily, who made sure we got the right bed, with a mattress, that evening.
