  Went here to look At chickens and I was told.i needed to get them today because they were not getting anymore. They would not let me pick out my own. I find it to be highly unlikely that I baught 8 and 7 ended up roosters 🐓. I spent over $1000 setting up for this. My friend works for tractor and said it's company policy to let me pick out my own checks. He said that guy knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks a lot

  Went to go pick up horse grain today 5/16 and there were bag mites all over the grain bags and the workers stated “oh that happens this time of year”. Like no not like they were you could see bunches of them moving.

  This tractor supply store in Highland has the most helpful and caring employees. I have been to this store 3 days in a row and have been blown away by the customer service provided by everyone employed here. Not only do they care about handling the chicks that come in, they also truly care about the customers who walk through the door. I had excellent experiences with Joann, Sandi and Kyle the Manager. I learned so much from them and felt seen & heard! Joann helped me pick out all of the necessities for raising chicks. Sandi gave me information on chicks. Kyle made sure I left with a smile on my face. You can also tell that all of the young staff care about handling their tasks at this Tractor Supply. The staff really come off as a happy team who work well together. I want to thank all of them for restoring my faith in humans. I wish all stores showed this level of community.

  Most tractor supply's that I deliver to will work with me about getting unloaded on Sundays but here I was told on sat yes they can unload me Sunday no problem but when I get here I'm told they were working on a DC and would get my next but then I was told it would be 3 pm after get here a 11am now I'm told they are too busy it will be 8am Monday

  How does a company that provides farming stuff and construction equipment open at 8am? You do realize that blue collar workers get up and are usually working by 6am?

  Robert at the highland tractor supply was SO incredibly helpful when I tried to pick up an order that was a real challenge to fit into my truck. He spend extra time working with me, going above and beyond, to make it happen so I could drive off with my supplies. Also the prices were hands down the cheapest around for both pairs & cattle panel. Good people, good place!

  Always have great prices. I bring my pets there to the pet vet to get their rabies shots. We save so much money doing it this way bc you don’t have to pay a fee just to walk in the door, you’re just paying for the shot.

  If you want to experience the worst bathroom ever, come on down to the tractor supply location in Highland, New York. I arrived here because I was looking to do some shopping like I usually do, and I decided that I needed to take a leak. I proceed to the men's room, and it had the most horrific stench I've ever smelled out of any bathroom. There were piles of dead flies on the floor as well as inside the light fixture, and the floor was sticky. There was no fecal matter in sight, however the smell was overly intense. It was so bad, my girlfriend smelled it on me when I walked out of the bathroom. I left in disgust because it gave me an instant headache and I don't plan on returning to this location. I had to actually air myself outside before getting into the car because the smell had penetrated my clothing. This is embarrassing and disrespectful to customers to have a bathroom in such poor shape because they won't have a comfortable place to do their business. My girlfriend said the women's room was just fine, so I have no idea what awakened in the men's room.

  I feel that you need to know, what my wife and I experienced with the “Upstate Spay & Neuter Services” at the Highland location; it was horrendous. We made the required appointment one month in advance to spay and neuter our four kittens. Upon arrival at 7:15 for the 7:30 am admittance, in which we were the 3rd in line; by the time Bridget Bloom came out of the mobile unit, there were at least 10 people waiting. She called out for the cats first; I approached and presented the carrier with our four shivering kittens. She immediately strongly kicked carrier aside, turned he back and proceeded to accept the cats and dogs that were clearly later arrivals. She approached the pet owners with such attitude and contempt that there was a rift between her and several pet owners causing them to leave the location. She also refused to accept a pet which had the required appointment, which she claimed the pet was infested with fleas. This appeared to be her common practice. If the pet was to be accepted for treatment, she would first need to treat them for fleas at an additional cost. One owner stated she had the medication and treated pet herself and with another owner stating that he was certain that his dog did not have fleas and please check again. They were both refused service and turned away. After a comment was made that she was very unkind and that she should not work with animals; Ms. Bloom actually responded, “No it is people that I should not be working with”. We then left; I would not trust a person like that with my pets. For all my years being a pet owner, I have never witnessed such acts of uncaring, unprofessional conduct. I will never attempt to utilize the Spay & Neuter Services again.
