This place is extremely gorgeous hands down. Such a shame I had to spend it here on a first date. I got there just a few minutes shy of them closing the kitchen. They notified me I had to order as I was taking my coat off. I’m ok with a little pressure it’s ok. My date and I made the most of it enjoying each others company. We realized everyone was leaving the place we were the last ones out when suddenly instead of a warm thank you had a good evening we get a next time come earlier so he and I both laughed and said ok goodnight thank you but the host then repeated it again “no seriously next time come early please” with an attitude. Guess what I’m never stepping foot on this vineyard again. You may be dreamy and wonderful but your staff is in dire need of training on customer service. Friendliness is key and if you want customers to return that’s definitely not the way to end the night. As per food and wine the pizza was good. The wine tasted as if it had already been opened prior to us ordering it. I’ve had better experiences at other larger vineyards.

Wonderful food and ambience which is why I drove an hour to have lunch and wine there. Today the women at the front desk had a miserable snotty attitude when we asked her to explain why the restaurant was closed at 3 when your website said it closes at 5.30 and we couldnt get a table. All she had to do was be polite without making a face as if we didn't understand. Very poor customer service. To think I was recommending this restaurant after driving an hour and then closing it early.

5 stars for ambiance, vibes, location3 stars for pretty good food and pretty decent local wine1 star for service. Staff is all very young, inexperienced & totally lost.Torne could turn over 2x the tables or serve 2x the drinks and food if the staff was better. It was like a circus. I have decades of restaurant experience and this was almost comical. If I wasn't patient, I would have left after 45 minutes. Train the staff. They have no idea what's expected. If you can't manage and train them, then pay more and get experienced people who can increase your profits and make customers happier. We'll try one more time with much lower expectations.PS get a cheap website! Sorry, but yours stinks. Potential customers need easy access to your menu, music, events, etc. linking all your Info to Facebook is not the way to market yourself--this even coming from an old FB-using boomer (who happens to own her own successful business) it's a leap into a new world but you'll not gain new customers this way. This lack of updated marketing is a perfect recipe for your demise. Hire one of your 18 year old servers to keep it updated with specials, events, etc. it's easier than it might seem. Really. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm trying to help. I see your potential and would love to see you grow and thrive.

Music: The event was fun and band ? was entertaining.Water: The tap pitcher wasn't delicious. Though I particularly enjoyed the flat ? Saratoga bottle but the cost was $15. Lost a ⭐ for that.Atmosphere: The vineyard is located in a beautiful area and the outdoor seating is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.Service: The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. They were happy to answer any questions we had.Food: tasty and get the fries ? and peanut butter ? explosion ? cake ?

Love it here! This is one of my favorite wineries.I've wanted to come here for awhile. I finally stopped by. I arrived at 11:30 on a Saturday, before the rush. I would recommend this. I was there for a few hours but it got really crowded and after 12 there was a wait to be seated. When I arrived, there was plenty of outdoor seating available.I tried a variety of white wine and Chardonnay. Everything I tried was delicious. I'd recommend trying several wines here.I also ordered a cheese and meat plate, oysters and key lime pie. Everything was made fresh and was extremely flavorful. I would recommend everything I ordered. I would order the same wines and food again but I'd love to come back to try more of their other options as well. This place fills up quickly on weekends. I would definitely recommend arriving here early. They have lots of outdoor seating on their patio and in their garden. The vineyard is very spacious too. Walking around the garden and vineyard is very beautiful and picturesque. No one else was in the vineyard when I was there, but I would recommend walking around the grounds for the great views. They have live music on weekends here too. It started up later in the day. But it was very relaxing to hear music on the patio.I can't wait to come back here again soon.

Nice place but the service is horrible .1 hour to get food 30 min to get just water .30 min for desert . The experience is watered down completely if you are just sitting ducks waiting for your meal . Or deserts

This place is nice but upon our arrival at 4:15PM we were told that the kitchen was closed. We drove almost 2 hours to get there because we saw online that this places closes at 5:30PM and no where was posted that kitchen closes at 4PM. We had to find another winery nearby, wouldn’t go back.

Not liking "places" that now add a tip. Today, as usual, good food, like the wine, spirits, and music, but busy and slow service. Not that it's the servers fault... but just sayin. No like. No add tip. On my not to go list anymore. I like to tip... "to insure proper service." TIP is an acronym for "To Insure Performance."

Wines aren't neither bad or distinguished. Comfortable outdoor tables but the assignment is commanded by the gate keeper. Even outside water is strictly banned...

One of the nicest vineyards I've been to! This spot has great wines and lovely outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and seated us fairly quickly, despite being a walk-in. I guess it wasn't as busy so we got lucky but I recommend making a reservation. The property is expansive and gorgeous, with a lovely brook in the backyard. It's a very picturesque spot and perfect for a relaxing summer day. It's worth checking out if you're in the area!

Beautiful setting for a vineyard- classy, with good wines and live music. Service is too slow. The people at the table next to us had look for waiter to get their check. We also waited for our waiter far too long!
